Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior Developer / Tech Lead (m/w/d) bist Du eine treibende Kraft für GBTECs Softwareentwicklung. Deine tiefgreifenden Kenntnisse Java-basierter Softwaresysteme nutzt Du für die stetige Weiterentwicklung unserer mehrfach ausgezeichneten GBTEC Platform. Darüber hinaus gibst Du Dein Wissen gerne an Deine Team-KollegInnen weiter und stellst somit sicher, dass GBTEC am Puls der Zeit bleibt. Dabei bildest Du eine Schnittstelle zwischen Produktmanagement und Entwicklern.

  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Funktionen und Umsetzung neuer Produktfeatures unserer GBTEC Platform in einem agilen, internationalen Entwicklungsteam
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Entwicklungsprozesse und Werkzeuge unter Einbindung neuester Technologietrends
  • Sicherung der Produktqualität durch eine Testing-getriebene Arbeitsweise (TDD / BDD)
  • Aktive Weitergabe Deines Wissens im Team und Mentoring von Junior Entwicklern
  • Umsetzung und Berücksichtigung von Querschnittsanforderungen wie z. B. IT-Sicherheit, Verfügbarkeit und Performance
  • Abstimmung der Schnittstellen zwischen Backend- und Frontendkomponenten sowie strategische Kooperation mit unserem Coding Architect

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung mit Java und Spring
  • Umfangreiche praktische Erfahrungen mit einer oder mehreren der folgenden Technologien: Spring-Boot, Spring-Cloud, Spring-Security, Spring-Data, Messaging (RabbitMQ), Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, Maven, Docker
  • Kenntnisse bei der Entwicklung von Agentic Systems
  • Expertise im Bereich Microservices-Architektur
  • Kenntnisse in TDD/BDD, CI/CD, Clean Code sowie agilen Entwicklungsprozessen
  • Sehr gute Englisch und gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik oder Vergleichbares
  • Begeisterung für neue Herausforderungen und zielorientierte Umsetzung von Lösungen
