Deine Aufgaben

Als (Senior) Consultant BPM (m/w/d) gestaltest Du gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden moderne Prozessmanagement-Lösungen und begleitest sie auf dem Weg zu effizienteren, transparenteren und digital unterstützten Geschäftsprozessen. Du verbindest methodische Beratung, Technologieverständnis und Projektverantwortung und schaffst damit echten Mehrwert in Transformations- und Optimierungsprojekten. In unserem Beratungsteam übernimmst Du Verantwortung in anspruchsvollen Kundenprojekten, bringst eigene Ideen ein und entwickelst gemeinsam mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen unsere Beratungsansätze weiter.

  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit Kunden tragfähige Konzepte für Prozessarchitekturen, Modellierungsstandards, Governance-Strukturen und digitale Prozesslösungen
  • Übernahme von Projektverantwortung, z. B. als Teil- oder Gesamt-Projektleitung sowie Steuerung von Inhalten, Terminen, Qualität und Kommunikation
  • Beratung unserer Kunden zum Einsatz der GBTEC Produkte
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung strategischer Transformations- und Optimierungsprogramme bei unseren Kunden
  • Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und Customer Success zusammen, um Kundenbedarfe ganzheitlich zu verstehen und passende Lösungen zu entwickeln

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit einem IT- und/oder BWL-Schwerpunkt
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung oder einem ähnlichen Berufsfeld
  • Kenntnisse und Begeisterung für den Bereich Geschäftsprozessmanagement
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Prozessmodellierungs-Werkzeugen und Notationen wie BPMN 2.0
  • Erfahrungen mit Process Automation und Mining sind wünschenswert
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office 365
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie ein sicheres, überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Vereinzelte Reisebereitschaft (vorwiegend in der DACH-Region)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
