Deine Aufgaben

Als Teamlead IT Infrastructure (m/w/d) gestaltest Du die zukünftige IT-Landschaft von GBTEC und schaffst die Grundlage für effiziente, sichere und skalierbare Arbeitsplätze im Microsoft 365 Umfeld in einem international wachsenden Softwareunternehmen. Dabei entwickelst Du unsere IT-Infrastruktur konsequent in Richtung einer modernen Cloud-, Automatisierungs- und KI-fähigen Plattform weiter. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden weltweit von innovativen Technologien profitieren und neue digitale Lösungen schnell, sicher und effektiv eingeführt werden können. Du führst unser lokales Infrastrukturteam und fungierst als zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Anforderungen unserer Fachbereiche. Gemeinsam mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleistern entwickelst Du Lösungen, die unsere Wachstumsstrategie optimal unterstützen.

Führung & Organisation

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung sowie Ausbau unseres IT-Infrastrukturteams (zur Zeit 2 Mitarbeiter)
  • Steuerung der Prioritäten, Ressourcen und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Förderung einer service- und lösungsorientierten IT-Kultur sowie kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen

IT Demand & Project Management

  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Fachbereichen zur Aufnahme, Bewertung und Priorisierung neuer Anforderungen
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche bei Auswahl, Einführung und Optimierung von Geschäftsanwendungen und digitalen Plattformen
  • Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von IT-Projekten von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zum Go-Live
  • Entwicklung von Roadmaps zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Systemlandschaft

IT Infrastructure & Digital Workplace

  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unserer globalen IT-Infrastruktur und Modern Workplace Services
  • Aktives Management und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft 365, Azure und weiteren Cloud-Diensten
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und skalierbaren IT-Betriebs
  • Verantwortung der IT-Architekturentscheidungen mit Blick auf Internationalisierung und Unternehmenswachstum
  • Einführung moderner Technologien, Standards und Prozesse zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Sicherheit

Vendor, Cost & Service Management

  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister, Managed Service Provider und Technologiepartner
  • Verantwortung für Demand-, Service-, Lizenz- und Kostenmanagement
  • Verhandlung und Überwachung von Service Levels sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der IT-Kostenstruktur und des Nutzens eingesetzter Lösungen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium und Erfahrungen als IT-Projekt und Demand Manager mit Cloud Diensten
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von kleinen Teams oder die Motivation, den nächsten Schritt in eine Führungsrolle zu gehen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Microsoft 365, Entra ID und Azure Services
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Security Technologien sowie hohes Bewusstsein für Cyber Security
  • Erfahrung im Management externer Dienstleister und IT-Lieferanten
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
