Over Supperclub

Supperclub is een restaurant — maar wel één zoals geen ander. Al meer dan 20 jaar is Supperclub in Amsterdam. Een iconische plek waar gastronomie, entertainment en nightlife samenkomen in diner avonden die voelen als een totaalbeleving. Van verrassende menu’s tot shows, performances en muziek: alles draait om timing, energie en sfeer.

Met nieuwe projecten in ontwikkeling groeit Supperclub verder. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een Floormanager die niet alleen sterk is op de vloer, maar ook mee wil bouwen aan de toekomst van het merk.

Jouw rol

Als Floormanager ben jij de spil van onze dineravonden en events. Jij bewaakt het overzicht en zorgt dat service, keuken, show en entertainment naadloos in elkaar overvloeien. Je stuurt het team aan met zelfvertrouwen, staat zichtbaar op de vloer en voelt precies aan wat een avond nodig heeft om memorabel te worden.

Naast de dagelijkse operatie denk je actief mee over creatieve invulling van dineravonden, nieuwe concepten en de doorvertaling daarvan naar de vloer. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende locaties en projecten en bent klaar om mee te groeien in een dynamische, internationale omgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Aansturen van het team tijdens avondservice en events
  • Coördineren van de uitvoering van diverse dinerconcepten
  • Actief bijdragen aan een gastvrije, energieke sfeer
  • Kwaliteitscontrole van service, food & drinks
  • Toezien op hygiëne, veiligheid en procedures
  • Rapporteren aan de Manager

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt 1-3 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende in de horeca
  • Je bent energiek, georganiseerd en een echte teamplayer
  • Je weet hoe je een team motiveert én laat presteren
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel in een dynamische omgeving
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en een passie voor gastbeleving
  • Je bent op de hoogte van hospitality trends en denkt in concepten
  • Ervaring met budgetbeheer is een pré
