The posting

Als Front-office medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontvangen, inchecken en bedienen van gasten. Daarnaast voer je administratieve taken uit, beantwoordt je telefoongesprekken en verstrek je informatie aan gasten. Je werkt nauw samen met de Front office manager en andere collega's om een optimale service te bieden.

Belangrijkste taken/verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ontvangen, inchecken en bedienen van gasten
  • Verstrekken van informatie aan gasten
  • Beantwoorden van telefoongesprekken
  • Verzorgen van administratieve ondersteuning
  • Uitchecken van vertrekkende gasten en afrekenen
  • Verwerken van betalingen
  • Aannemen en verwerken van reserveringen
  • Typen en verzenden van berichten naar gasten en bedrijven
  • Onderhouden van contacten met afdelingen, bedrijven en gasten
  • Signaleren van technische storingen en klachtafhandeling

  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook in de avonden en weekenden.
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en bent klantgericht.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kunt goed omgaan met drukke situaties.
  • Je hebt een representatieve uitstraling en bent gastvrij.
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

Als Front-office medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het in- en uitchecken van gasten, het beantwoorden van vragen en het verstrekken van informatie over ons Supper Hotel. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de receptie er altijd netjes en verzorgd uitziet.
