🌿 Bedieningsmedewerker gezocht voor het mooiste restaurant van Amsterdam Oost! 🌞

We zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste collega’s die samen met ons Orchid House, en alle leuke uitbreidingen die daarbij komen kijken, tot een succes willen maken!

Ben jij op zoek naar een toffe (bij)baan in de horeca, met gezellige collega’s, een relaxte sfeer en ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen? Dan is dit jouw kans!

We zijn inmiddels ongeveer een jaar open en volop in ontwikkeling. Daarom zijn we altijd op zoek naar nieuwe, enthousiaste mensen om ons team te versterken.

Over ons

In september 2025 openden wij de deuren van onze nieuwe zaak: een levendige horeca-hotspot waar buurtbewoners, parkgangers en stadsmensen samenkomen.

Denk aan een sfeervol restaurant met focus op kwaliteit, een gezellige koffiecorner voor je dagelijkse caffeine fix en een cocktailbar voor de avond. Deze zomer hebben we volop gedraaid met ons nieuwe dakterras Strand van Oost, naast onze voor- en achterterrassen.

Onze vibe? Toegankelijk, ontspannen en gastvrij, met liefde voor het vak.

Wat ga jij doen?

Als bedieningsmedewerker ben jij hét gezicht van onze zaak. Je ontvangt gasten met een glimlach, adviseert over de kaart en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich welkom voelt en een fijne tijd heeft.

Of het nu gaat om een snelle koffie, een lange lunch of een avond bij kaarslicht met cocktails en wijn. Geen dag is hetzelfde.

Je werkt samen met een energiek team en denkt mee over hoe we elke dag nóg beter kunnen worden. Heb je ambitie om door te groeien of meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen? Daar is bij ons volop ruimte voor!

Jij bent iemand die:

  • 8-24 uur per week beschikbaar is, inclusief 1 vrijdag of zaterdag avond
  • Gastvrijheid ademt en energie krijgt van mensen
  • Sociaal, enthousiast en een echte teamplayer is
  • Horeca-ervaring heeft
  • Flexibel beschikbaar is, vooral in de avonden en minimaal 1 weekenddag
  • Graag aanpakt en houdt van een goede sfeer op de vloer
  • Niet bang is om initiatief te nemen en mee te denken
  • Nederlands en/of Engels spreekt

🌿 Waiter/Waitress Wanted for the Best Restaurant in Amsterdam East! 🌞

We’re looking for enthusiastic new team members to join us and help make Orchid House, and all the exciting things that come with it, a success!

Are you looking for a fun job in hospitality, with great colleagues, a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of room to grow? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We opened our doors just over a year ago and are growing, developing and expanding, so we’re always looking for new people to join our team.

About us

In September 2025 we opened the doors: a lively hospitality hotspot where local residents, park visitors and city people come together.

Think of a vibrant restaurant focused on quality, a cosy coffee corner for your daily caffeine fix, and a cocktail bar for the evening. This summer, we’ve also been making the most of our new rooftop terrace, Strand van Oost, as well as our front and back terraces.

Our vibe? Relaxed, welcoming and accessible, with a genuine love for hospitality.

What will you do?

As a waiter/waitress, you are the face of our restaurant. You welcome our guests with a smile, advise them on the menu and make sure they have a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

Whether it’s a quick coffee, a long lunch or an evening of cocktails, wine and dinner by candlelight, no two shifts are the same.

You’ll work alongside an energetic team and have the opportunity to contribute ideas and help us make things even better every day.

And if you’re ambitious and want to grow within hospitality, there’s plenty of room to do so with us!

You are someone who:

  • is available 8-24 hours a week, including a Friday or Saturday night
  • Loves hospitality and gets energy from being around people
  • Is social, enthusiastic and enjoys working as part of a team
  • Has hospitality experience
  • Is flexible and available, especially in the evenings and at least one weekend day
  • Is hands-on, proactive and enjoys creating a great atmosphere on the floor
  • Is comfortable communicating in English; Dutch is a plus
