Contexte de la mission Rattaché(e) à la Direction Corporate, le prestataire interviendra sur le support, le maintien en condition opérationnelle et l’évolution des interfaces entre Oracle HCM et les différents systèmes d’information, notamment les systèmes de paie. Il travaillera en coordination avec les équipes de maintenance applicative (TMA), internes et externes, ainsi qu’avec les différentes équipes impliquées dans la gestion des interfaces. Missions principales Assurer et/ou superviser le support fonctionnel et technique des interfaces entre Oracle HCM et les différents systèmes, notamment les systèmes de paie. Coordonner les interventions avec les équipes de TMA informatiques internes et externes travaillant sur Oracle HCM. Superviser le maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) et les évolutions des interfaces. Participer aux évolutions et aux projets de taille limitée ayant un impact sur les interfaces de paie. Accompagner l’intégration de nouvelles entités et la mise en place d’interfaces avec d’autres systèmes de paie. Contribuer à la sécurisation et à la fiabilité des échanges de données entre les systèmes. Assurer le suivi des demandes, incidents et évolutions en coordination avec les équipes concernées. Cette liste de missions est non exhaustive et pourra évoluer selon les besoins du projet. Profil recherché Expérience professionnelle de 4 ans ou plus dans un environnement technico-fonctionnel. Connaissance d’Oracle HCM, notamment du modèle de données Core HR. Compréhension des processus et du vocabulaire du domaine de la paie. Expérience dans le support et le suivi d’interfaces applicatives. Connaissances techniques des flux de données, notamment SFTP et la sécurisation des transferts. Connaissance de ServiceNow pour le suivi des demandes et incidents. Capacité à coordonner plusieurs équipes et à assurer le suivi des évolutions. Rigueur, autonomie et bonnes capacités de communication. Environnement technique Oracle HCM, Core HR, interfaces applicatives, systèmes de paie, SFTP, sécurisation des échanges de données et ServiceNow. Modalités de la mission Localisation : Paris. Durée : longue mission.
