Cette mission pourrait vous intéresser ! Global Experts Consulting – recherche, pour l’un de ses clients, un Consultant Senior pour structurer et déployer une démarche d’Up Skilling au sein de sa filière TECH. Construire et actualiser le référentiel des compétences TECH par filière, métier et niveau de maîtrise. Concevoir un dispositif d’évaluation, cartographier les compétences et identifier les écarts avec les niveaux cibles. Définir des parcours individualisés : formations, certifications, mentorat et apprentissage par la pratique. Structurer et animer des communautés TECH avec les experts internes et les Tech Leads. Mettre en place la gouvernance, les indicateurs de progression et la mesure de l’impact du dispositif. Bac+5 et 8 ans d’expérience minimum, dont au moins 3 ans en Skills Management, GPEC ou Learning & Development dans un environnement IT. Expérience confirmée dans la conception et le déploiement de dispositifs d’upskilling ou de reskilling. Bonne compréhension des métiers du développement, Cloud, DevOps, Data, cybersécurité et architecture. Maîtrise d’Excel avancé, PowerPoint et des plateformes LMS/LXP. La connaissance d’Udemy Business est appréciée. Leadership, posture conseil et capacité à mobiliser les équipes autour du développement des compétences.
