Contexte de la mission Nous recherchons un consultant AMOA spécialisé en conduite du changement et en formation afin d’améliorer l’adoption de la solution Ennov Event, d’accompagner les utilisateurs et d’optimiser les supports de formation existants. L’objectif est de renforcer l’autonomie des utilisateurs, de limiter les erreurs d’utilisation et de favoriser une adoption durable de la solution. Missions principales Analyse des usages : rencontrer les utilisateurs, recueillir leurs difficultés et identifier les problèmes d’utilisation ou les situations de mésusage de la solution. Documentation : améliorer et mettre à jour les guides utilisateurs, les tutoriels et les vidéos de formation. Accompagnement au changement : définir et déployer des dispositifs adaptés aux différents profils d’utilisateurs : gestionnaires de contrats, équipes Compliance, utilisateurs occasionnels et valideurs. Digital Learning : étudier l’opportunité de mettre en place une solution eLearning certifiante et accompagner son déploiement. Formation : monter en compétence sur la solution Ennov Event, puis concevoir et animer des sessions de formation adaptées aux besoins des utilisateurs. Amélioration continue : proposer des actions visant à améliorer l’expérience utilisateur, réduire les erreurs et renforcer l’appropriation de la solution. Profil recherché Expérience de 3 ans et plus en AMOA et conduite du changement. Expérience confirmée en formation et accompagnement des utilisateurs. Maîtrise de la rédaction de guides, manuels utilisateurs et supports pédagogiques. Capacité à analyser les usages et à proposer des actions d’amélioration. Bonne pédagogie, autonomie et excellent relationnel. Capacité à intervenir rapidement et à structurer un dispositif d’accompagnement des utilisateurs. Compétences appréciées Connaissance du secteur pharmaceutique. Compréhension des enjeux Compliance et de la Loi Anti-Cadeaux. Expérience sur Ennov Event ou une solution concurrente. Connaissance de Cornerstone et des outils de gestion du eLearning. Profil Consultant AMOA / Change Management disposant d’une forte dimension fonctionnelle et pédagogique, avec une expérience en conduite du changement, formation et accompagnement des utilisateurs. Le candidat doit être capable d’analyser les usages, d’identifier les difficultés rencontrées, d’améliorer les supports pédagogiques et de concevoir des dispositifs de formation adaptés aux différents profils utilisateurs. Autonomie, pédagogie, excellent relationnel et capacité à intervenir rapidement sont indispensables. Une connaissance du secteur pharmaceutique, des enjeux Compliance, d’Ennov Event ou de Cornerstone constitue un atout.
