GEC RECRUTE EN CDI | TECH LEAD DEV / AUTOMATION / IA | CASABLANCA ? Tu es Tech Lead et tu veux faire plus que piloter des développements ? Chez GEC – Global Experts Consulting, nous recherchons un(e) Tech Lead Dev / Automation / IA pour rejoindre nos équipes en CDI à Casablanca et contribuer à une ambition forte : construire un Centre d'Excellence Intelligent Automation de référence au Maroc et à l'international. TON CHALLENGE : Définir les architectures techniques et les standards de développement. Concevoir des solutions innovantes combinant développement, automatisation intelligente et IA. Intégrer des technologies d'IA : LLM, RAG, NLP, agents IA et traitement documentaire intelligent. Encadrer, accompagner et faire monter en compétence les équipes techniques. Garantir la qualité du code, les bonnes pratiques et la performance des solutions. Participer aux cadrages techniques, aux avant-ventes et aux projets stratégiques de nos clients grands comptes. Jouer un rôle actif dans la construction du Centre d'Excellence Automation & IA de GEC. LE PROFIL QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS : 5 à 7 ans d'expérience, dont au moins 2 ans en tant que Tech Lead. Solides compétences en développement, architecture applicative et intégration d'API. Une expertise forte dans AU MOINS UN de ces trois domaines : AUTOMATION / RPA : UiPath, Automation Anywhere, orchestration, déploiement. DÉVELOPPEMENT : Python, Java ou .NET, architectures applicatives, API et intégrations. INTELLIGENCE ARTIFICIELLE : LLM, RAG, agents IA, NLP, Intelligent Document Processing. Les compétences Cloud, CI/CD, les certifications RPA et l'expérience dans le secteur bancaire constituent de véritables atouts.
