Contexte de la mission Un grand groupe industriel du secteur aéronautique souhaite renforcer temporairement son équipe décisionnelle afin d’assurer la continuité des activités de sa plateforme BI, à la suite de l’évolution d’un expert interne vers des fonctions managériales. L’équipe BI est responsable de l’administration, du support et de l’évolution d’une plateforme fondée sur l’écosystème Microsoft Power BI, couvrant les environnements on-premise et cloud, la gouvernance des usages ainsi que le support aux utilisateurs métiers. L’objectif de la mission est de maintenir la qualité de service, de sécuriser les projets de migration vers Power BI Service et de renforcer l’expertise technique de l’équipe. Missions principales 1. Administration et exploitation Power BI Administrer les environnements Power BI Report Server et Power BI Service. Gérer les espaces de travail, les applications et les audiences. Administrer les passerelles de données (Data Gateway). Gérer les droits d’accès et la sécurité. Superviser les rafraîchissements de données et la disponibilité des services. 2. Support et expertise technique Assurer le support de niveaux 2 et 3 auprès des utilisateurs et des key users. Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents complexes. Optimiser les performances des rapports et des modèles de données. Optimiser les requêtes SQL, DAX et Power Query. Accompagner les équipes projets sur les sujets BI. 3. Gouvernance BI Participer à la définition et à l’amélioration des standards BI. Contrôler le respect des règles de publication. Accompagner les Data Managers et les Garants de Publication. Contribuer à la documentation, aux procédures et aux bonnes pratiques. Participer aux instances de gouvernance BI. 4. Accompagnement des migrations Évaluer l’éligibilité des rapports à la migration. Accompagner les équipes dans la transition vers Power BI Service. Mettre en œuvre les bonnes pratiques de publication. Paramétrer les rafraîchissements et les accès. Valider les performances après migration. Livrables attendus Reporting d’activité. Suivi et mise à jour des tickets dans ServiceNow. Suivi des actions et du backlog dans Jira. Documentation d’exploitation et procédures. Guides utilisateurs et supports de bonnes pratiques. Plans de remédiation des incidents majeurs. Supports de transfert de compétences. Documentation de gouvernance et d’administration de la plateforme. Environnement technique Power BI Report Server Power BI Service Power BI Desktop Power Query (M) DAX SQL Server Data Gateway Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID ServiceNow Jira Talend Azure Data Factory PowerShell Profil recherché Minimum 5 ans d’expérience sur des environnements décisionnels Microsoft. Minimum 3 ans d’expérience sur Power BI Service et/ou Power BI Report Server. Expérience confirmée en support de niveau 3. Solides compétences en administration Power BI, sécurité, gestion des accès et gouvernance des usages. Bonne maîtrise de SQL Server, DAX et Power Query. Expérience en accompagnement des utilisateurs et en animation de communautés BI. Capacité à travailler en autonomie tout en s’intégrant à une équipe existante. Certification Microsoft PL-300 obligatoire. Profil habilitable. Informations contractuelles Type de contrat : Freelance Durée : 3 mois renouvelables par périodes de 3 mois Localisation : Corbeil, Essonne (91) Présence sur site : 3 jours par semaine
