MISSION DU POSTE Sous la supervision du Product Manager, le consultant assurera la conception et le pilotage de solutions IA dédiées à l’optimisation des processus back-office. Il/elle traduira les besoins opérationnels en produits IA fiables et automatisés, garantira la priorisation et l’intégration aux systèmes existants, et servira d'interface entre les métiers back-office, les équipes data/IT et la gouvernance pour assurer des solutions sécurisées et conformes. RESPONSABILITÉS Identifier et cadrer les use cases IA appliqués aux processus back-office. Recueillir et formaliser les besoins fonctionnels des équipes back-office en exigences IA exploitables. Prioriser et piloter la roadmap des solutions IA back-office en lien avec les enjeux d’efficacité et d’automatisation. Travailler étroitement avec les équipes data, IT et sécurité pour la conception et l’intégration des solutions. Superviser le déploiement des use cases IA et leur intégration dans les outils et processus existants. Suivre la performance opérationnelle des solutions IA (productivité, qualité, réduction des coûts/risques). Garantir la conformité réglementaire, la sécurité des données et le respect de la gouvernance IA. Assurer l’amélioration continue des solutions déployées sur la base des retours utilisateurs et des indicateurs de performance. COMPÉTENCES REQUISES Expérience de 5 à 8 ans dans le domaine bancaire ou assurance. Maîtrise de la gestion de portefeuille projets. Connaissance des outils Power BI, Excel avancé, PowerPoint. Connaissance du secteur bancaire et du Back Office. Capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de communication.
