Dans le cadre d'un projet stratégique de transformation digitale dans le secteur bancaire, GEC – Global Experts Consulting recherche un Tech Lead Full Stack Senior pour accompagner l'évolution et l'industrialisation d'une plateforme digitale destinée à plusieurs filiales bancaires. LE PROFIL QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS : 7 ans d'expérience minimum en développement et architecture applicative Excellente maîtrise de Java / Spring Boot Solide expertise React.js Expérience confirmée en architecture microservices et API REST Très bonne maîtrise de Kafka et des architectures événementielles Expérience pratique sur OpenShift / Kubernetes / Docker Maîtrise de la sécurité applicative : OAuth2 / OIDC / Keycloak Bonne connaissance des environnements CI/CD, Jenkins, Git et bases de données SQL Capacité à prendre le lead technique, challenger les choix d'architecture et accompagner les équipes de développement VOTRE CHALLENGE : Vous interviendrez sur une plateforme de Marketing Automation à fort enjeu, avec pour objectif de : Faire évoluer une architecture existante Concevoir des composants robustes, sécurisés et réutilisables Industrialiser les développements et les déploiements Accompagner le déploiement de la solution dans plusieurs filiales bancaires Garantir la qualité technique, la performance et la scalabilité de la plateforme Secteur : Banque / Transformation Digitale Démarrage : ASAP Formation : Bac+5 Vous êtes Tech Lead Java / React avec une vraie expertise Kafka et OpenShift ?
