Rejoindre EOLEN, c’est intégrer un cabinet de conseil en ingénierie et IT, filiale du groupe GECI International, présente en France et à l’international. Nous intervenons dans des secteurs stratégiques comme l’énergie, la banque, les télécommunications, l’aéronautique et la défense.

Votre quotidien

Dans le cadre du renforcement d'une équipe d'exploitation et de production, nous recherchons deux Experts GENESYS afin d'assurer l'administration, le maintien en conditions opérationnelles et l'évolution des plateformes critiques de gestion de la relation client.

Vos principales missions :

  • Installe, déploie, administre, exploite sur un ou plusieurs sites la solution GENESYS validée et qualifiée en amont.
  • Assure le bon fonctionnement des systèmes d'information et des infrastructures en prenant en compte la disponibilité des ressources, la correction des incidents et le maintien en condition.
  • Installe et met en oeuvre les nouveaux composants (applicatifs, techniques ou infrastructures) outils des environnements du SI et s'assurer de leur bon fonctionnement.
  • Diagnostiquer et traiter les incidents sur le périmètre confié.
  • Participer aux actions d'évolutions et de maintien en condition opérationnelle en veillant à leur qualité et propose des améliorations pour optimiser les ressources existantes et leur organisation.
  • Gérer les ressources du SI (en général) et vérifie leur disponibilité

Expertise et environnement technique

  • Maîtrise de l'outil GENESYS
  • Unix,shellscript
  • Windows, powershell
  • Devops - Junior
  • Anglais technique apprécié

Votre profil

  • Bac+5 en informatique ou équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée en administration et exploitation de plateformes Genesys
  • Solide culture production et exploitation critique
  • Capacité à intervenir en autonomie sur des incidents complexes
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler avec des équipes transverses
