Generate Recruitment Agency saat ini bekerja sama dengan salah satu client potensial kami yang bergerak di bidang perkebunan kelapa sawit untuk mencari profesional berpengalaman yang siap mengisi posisi Asisten Kebun.

Posisi ini adalah ujung tombak operasional kebun. Anda akan memastikan setiap tanaman terawat, setiap tim bekerja produktif, dan memastikan seluruh pemanenan dapat sesuai target dan standar mutu.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Mengawasi dan mengelola operasional kebun kelapa sawit setiap hari, mulai dari perawatan tanaman (pemupukan, pengendalian gulma, sanitasi), pemeliharaan infrastruktur (jalan dan parit), hingga pengawasan panen.
  • Mengatur penugasan, memimpin, dan mengevaluasi kinerja mandor serta tenaga kerja harian agar produktivitas tercapai sesuai target.
  • Memastikan realisasi produksi TBS dan rendemen sesuai target anggaran perusahaan, sekaligus menjaga standar mutu buah.
  • Memastikan seluruh kegiatan kebun berjalan sesuai SOP perusahaan dan menerapkan K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) di area perkebunan.
  • Menyusun program kerja dan anggaran (budget) kebun, serta mengelola pembukuan dan administrasi perkebunan.
  • Menganalisis data kebun untuk mengevaluasi kondisi tanaman, produktivitas, dan efisiensi biaya.
  • Menyusun dan menyampaikan laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan (progres pekerjaan, kondisi tanaman, pemakaian material/pupuk, dan kendala lapangan) kepada Direksi.

Requirements:

  • Usia 35–45 tahun.
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Agronomi.
  • Pengalaman minimal 10 tahun sebagai Asisten Kebun di perkebunan kelapa sawit.
  • Memahami operasional teknis perkebunan sawit secara menyeluruh mulai dari Pembibitan, Perawatan dan pemeliharaan Tanaman Menghasilkan (TM), Tanaman Belum Menghasilkan (TBM), dan Proses panen.
  • Menguasai administrasi perkebunan: pembukuan, pelaporan, serta penyusunan program kerja dan anggaran (budget).
  • Memiliki jiwa
  • kepemimpinan yang tegas, komunikasi yang baik, dan berorientasi pada target.
  • Mahir mengoperasikan komputer dan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Mampu menganalisis kondisi kebun berdasarkan data.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di wilayah operasional kebun Jambi, yang terdiri dari beberapa lokasi lahan.
