WE ARE HIRING — Social Media Specialist Penempatan: Bekasi (Harapan Indah)

Generate Recruitment Agency saat ini bekerja sama dengan mitra strategis kami yang bergerak di bidang grosir dan retail perlengkapan anak, untuk mencari profesional kreatif yang kompeten untuk mengisi posisi Social Media Specialist.

Posisi ini memegang peranan strategis dalam membangun brand awareness serta melalui pengelolaan media sosial secara komprehensif.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Mengelola dan mengembangkan akun media sosial perusahaan (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, dan platform relevan lainnya).
  • Merencanakan dan menyusun content plan serta jadwal unggahan secara konsisten.
  • Membuat, mengambil, dan mengedit konten foto maupun video (feeds, reels, short video) yang menarik dan sesuai tren.
  • Mengelola program affiliate, termasuk menjalin kerja sama dan berkoordinasi dengan affiliator/content creator.
  • Menyusun caption dan copywriting yang persuasif untuk meningkatkan engagement dan penjualan.
  • Memantau performa konten dan akun (reach, engagement, konversi), lalu menyusun laporan dan evaluasi berkala.
  • Mengikuti perkembangan tren media sosial dan kompetitor untuk menghasilkan ide konten yang segar dan inovatif.

Requirements:

  • Usia 20–30 tahun.
  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang social media, content creator, atau affiliate marketing.
  • Mahir editing foto dan video menggunakan aplikasi seperti CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, atau sejenisnya.
  • Memahami algoritma dan tren TikTok serta Instagram; pengalaman mengelola program affiliate (TikTok Shop/Shopee Affiliate) menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Kreatif, inisiatif, teliti, dan mampu bekerja dengan target.
  • Memiliki attitude yang baik serta kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif.
  • Memiliki portofolio konten menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Berdomisili di Bekasi dan sekitarnya.
