💼 Sobre a Vaga:

Buscamos um(a) Analista de Customer Success Pleno com perfil consultivo, proativo e orientado a resultados. Esse profissional será responsável por gerenciar a jornada do cliente de ponta a ponta, garantindo adoção, satisfação, retenção e expansão da base de clientes.

🎯 Responsabilidades:

  • Conduzir o onboarding completo dos clientes, garantindo implantação eficiente e segura.
  • Realizar treinamentos personalizados por videoconferência.
  • Gerenciar carteira de clientes com acompanhamento contínuo.
  • Atuar de forma consultiva, antecipando demandas e propondo soluções.
  • Monitorar indicadores como NPS, churn e engajamento.
  • Desenvolver ações de retenção e fortalecimento do relacionamento.
  • Identificar oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell em parceria com o time comercial.
  • Compartilhar informações estratégicas sobre produto e experiência do cliente.
  • Atuar como referência técnica para profissionais juniores.

📌 Detalhes da Vaga:

  • Modalidade: Presencial
  • Tipo de Contratação: CLT
  • Horário: Segunda a sexta, das 08h às 17h (40hs semanais)
  • Salário: R$ 3.127,07
  • Bonificação variável: Trimestral – 3,5% sobre upsell realizado

💡Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência sólida com Customer Success, relacionamento com clientes ou áreas correlatas (suporte, onboarding, implantação).
  • Boa comunicação consultiva e postura proativa frente a desafios.
  • Capacidade de análise e acompanhamento de indicadores de sucesso do cliente (NPS, churn, engajamento).
  • Organização, autonomia e orientação a resultados
  • Ensino superior completo.
  • Perfil consultivo, colaborativo e com iniciativa de melhoria contínua.
