Vous avez une expérience dans la fabrication d’équipement industrielle, vous avez travaillé aéronautique et vous souhaitez évoluer et développer de nouvelles compétences? Ce poste est pour vous ! Nous recherchons un Chargé d’affaire pour rejoindre notre équipe de l’Outillage basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada). Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Chargé d’affaire qui développe des équipements industrielle / Outillage pour la fabrication du A220 à Mirabel & à Mobile. Votre rôle en tant que Chargé d’affaire sera de Planifier de la fabrication, suivi des travaux, installation sur site et suivi des Budgets. Vos défis: Interpréter, comprendre et respecter les plans et devis; Travailler en étroite collaboration avec tous les départements de l'entreprise et agir à titre de chef d'orchestre pour assurer un travail efficace de chacun: Assuré le respect des normes de SST des équipements. Gestion de la sous-traitance des services d'ingénierie (Planifier, coordonner et céduler): Créer et suivre la planification générale du projet tout en gérant les imprévus et les contraintes afin de ne pas impacter les dates butoirs importantes; Assurer le suivi du budget; Animer les rencontres multi-départementales et s'assurer que chaque collaborateur soit engagé; Trouver des solutions lors des différents enjeux qui seront rencontrés au cours du projet; Présenter des rapports d'avancement des projets au comité de direction Agir en tant que point de contact général pour les clients lors du projet de développement; Assurer la qualité des documents techniques utilisés pour les appels d'offres (spécifications des normes de travail et annexes) par le biais d'un soutien méthodologique approprié et d'un accompagnement des chefs de projet sur le processus de sous-traitance, Profil Votre profil: Vous détenez un diplôme d'études (BAC) en ingénierie, gestion des opérations ou équivalent; Vous possédez un minimum de 5 années d'expérience dans le secteur industriel ou dans un poste similaire, toutes les combinaisons de formation et d'expérience pertinentes pourraient être envisagées; Vous démontrez de bonnes capacités d'analyse et d'organisation; Vous êtes reconnu pour votre fiabilité et autonomie dans le travail ainsi que votre habilité de travailler en équipe; Vous êtes stimulé par les changements dans votre travail; Vous possédez de bonnes capacités d'adaptation à un rythme élevé de travail; Vous maitrisez le français et l’anglais, un atout.
