Ce poste est pour vous ! Nous recherchons un(e) Développeur(se) d’informatique décisionnelle pour rejoindre notre organisation Programme basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada). Vous ferez partie de l’équipe d'Applications et outils pour Programme, rattachée au Centre de compétences, chargée de développer des solutions d'analyse de données pour l'ensemble de l'organisation, en mettant l'accent sur Programme et l'Ingénierie. Votre rôle en tant que Développeur(se) d’informatique décisionnelle sera de concevoir des solutions de données, incluant le développement d'extractions de données provenant de diverses applications métiers, la consolidation et la normalisation des données, ainsi que la visualisation des données harmonisées par le biais de rapports. Votre rôle impliquera également de contribuer à l'évolution de nos outils lors de leur transformation afin de garantir la sécurité et la conformité aux exigences de l'entreprise. Vos défis : Développer et maintenir la solution informatique décisionnelle A220 à l'aide des outils Microsoft SQL (T-SQL, Reporting Services, Power BI, Analysis Services, Qlik Sense); Développer des routines d'extraction pour diverses sources de données à partir d'une multitude de technologies, de départements et d'emplacements réseau différents à intégrer dans l'entrepôt de données utilisé pour l'informatique décisionnelle (Python, Google App Script); Développer différents types de rapports tels que les KPI et Analytics pour la haute direction et le niveau opérationnel; Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et d'optimisation de l'efficacité de tous les processus utilisés dans le cadre de la plateforme globale de l'informatique décisionnelle, puis développer les solutions nécessaires pour concrétiser les opportunités identifiées; Documenter votre nouveau développement et vos améliorations grâce à des commentaires de code approfondis et à l'aide des gabarits de documentation; Recueillir les besoins des parties prenantes et les traduire en une solution métier pour les utilisateurs. Profil Vous détenez un diplôme universitaire (technique ou commercial) ou un diplôme en informatique, en génie logiciel ou autre diplôme similaire en technologie de l'information ; Vous avez au moins cinq (3) ans d'expérience pratique en développement de logiciels, intelligence décisionnelle ou développement de bases de données ; Vous avez des connaissances approfondies en langage SQL et en conception de bases de données ; Vous avez de l'expérience de l'utilisation d'outils de visualisation de rapports tels que SSRS, Power BI, Google Looker Studio, Qlik Sense etc ; Vous avez de l'expérience avec la langage de programmation Python; Vous êtes familier avec les technologies Google Workspace ; Vous avez de l'expérience de développement avec Google App Script, Appsheet et Google Cloud Platform (un atout) ; Vous avez de l'expérience dans l'utilisation d'outils d'intelligence artificielle pour l’informatique décisionnelle (un atout) ; Vous possédez de bonnes aptitudes à recueillir les exigences des clients internes (un atout) ; Vous avez de bonnes capacités d'analyse et un souci du détail ; Vous avez la capacité à formuler des concepts et à comprendre la vue d'ensemble ; Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation ; Vous êtes axés sur le service à la clientèle ; Vous avez de solides compétences en leadership et vous faites preuve d'un bon esprit d'équipe ; Vous avez une motivation personnelle et une capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à prioriser les tâches et à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois ; Vous êtes bilingue (français et anglais) ;
