Ce poste est pour vous ! Nous recherchons 1 Gestionnaire de projet fonction opérations pour rejoindre notre équipe de partenaires d’affaires en gestion de projet des fonctions supportant la fabrication des avions basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous serez en charge de déployer et suivre des projets clés pour les opérations au sein de la Pre FAL. Votre rôle en tant que gestionnaire de projet sera de mettre en place, suivre et contrôler les activités nécessaires en termes de temps, coûts, qualité et performance en vue d’atteindre la réussite des projets de la fonction opérations de l`A220. Vos défis: Planification et priorisation: Créer, piloter et mettre à jour les plannings détaillés du projet, incluant l'analyse du chemin critique et des écarts. Gestion et Engagement des Parties Prenantes: Cartographier, engager et fédérer l'ensemble des acteurs clés du projet. Vous serez le garant de l'alignement stratégique, de la gestion des attentes et de la levée des points de blocage organisationnels. Pilotage de la performance : Concevoir, déployer et actualiser les tableaux de bord et indicateurs clés (KPIs) pour faciliter la prise de décision. Animation et gouvernance : Préparer, animer et documenter les revues d'avancement, les comités, ainsi que les ateliers de travail (présentations, comptes-rendus). Gestion des risques : Identifier, évaluer et assurer le suivi des risques et opportunités (R&O), ainsi que de leurs plans de mitigation Suivi des plans d'action : Structurer les revues d'actions et assurer un suivi rigoureux (relances des responsables, mise à jour des statuts). Communication : Concevoir les supports de communication (kits projet, présentations) et animer des sessions de sensibilisation à destination de l'ensemble des parties prenantes. Profil Votre profil: De formation supérieure (Bac+5, type école d'ingénieur, de commerce ou universitaire), vous justifiez d'une expérience solide et confirmée en tant que PMO ou Chef de Projet, idéalement dans un environnement industriel ou complexe Expertise Méthodologique: Vous maîtrisez de bout en bout les fondamentaux du management de projet (gestion des délais, coûts, ressources et risques). Vous êtes très à l'aise avec les outils de planification et la conception de tableaux de bord (KPIs). Leadership & Force de persuasion: Doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, vous n'êtes pas un simple exécutant mais un véritable chef d'orchestre. Vous savez fédérer des équipes transverses, négocier, et faire preuve d'assertivité pour engager les parties prenantes. Esprit d'Analyse & de Synthèse : Vous avez une forte capacité à prendre de la hauteur. Vous savez traiter des données complexes (chemins critiques, adéquation charge/capacité) et les restituer de manière simple et visuelle pour faciliter la prise de décision de la direction. Proactivité & Autonomie : Orienté(e) "solutions", vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et savez anticiper les points de blocage. Vous prenez naturellement l'initiative sur vos périmètres pour garantir l'atteinte des jalons. ● Compétences linguistiques attendues : ○ Anglais : Intermédiaire ○ Français : Avancé
