Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos um(a) Executivo(a) Comercial Sênior para expandir os negócios no setor de saúde, com foco no mercado hospitalar.

Queremos uma pessoa com experiência em vendas de tecnologia, relacionamento com decisores do setor e disposição para atuar diretamente na abertura de portas, no desenvolvimento de oportunidades e no fechamento de negócios.

A posição terá reporte direto ao CEO e contará com carteira e pipeline inicial para trabalhar, além da responsabilidade de gerar novas oportunidades.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Prospectar hospitais e instituições de saúde, identificando oportunidades e decisores;
  • Utilizar sua rede de relacionamento para abrir portas e desenvolver novos negócio;
  • Trabalhar a carteira e o pipeline inicial, qualificando e avançando as oportunidades;
  • Conduzir reuniões para compreender necessidades e apresentar as soluções da empresa;
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais, negociar e acompanhar o ciclo de vendas até o fechamento, com apoio técnico quando necessário;
  • Manter o CRM atualizado, com registro das negociações, próximos passos e previsão de fechamento;
  • Participar de congressos, eventos e reuniões presenciais para fortalecer relacionamentos e gerar negócios;
  • Compartilhar informações de mercado e contribuir para o aprimoramento da estratégia comercial;
  • Apoiar, conforme o crescimento da operação, a estruturação do futuro time comercial. Escopo da posição O foco inicial será a execução comercial, sem gestão de equipe. A pessoa poderá contribuir futuramente para a formação do time, conforme a evolução da operação.
  • Experiência sólida em vendas B2B para o setor de saúde;
  • Experiência na comercialização de soluções de tecnologia;
  • Relacionamento com decisores do setor de saúde, preferencialmente em hospitais;
  • Histórico de resultados comerciais e participação direta no fechamento de negócios;
  • Capacidade de conduzir vendas consultivas com diferentes interlocutores e etapas de decisão;
  • Autonomia para prospectar, negociar e desenvolver oportunidades;
  • Organização para acompanhar o pipeline e registrar as atividades comerciais;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens.

  • Experiência em vendas de tecnologia para hospitais e redes hospitalares;
  • Vivência em healthtechs ou empresas de tecnologia voltadas à saúde;
  • Conhecimento dos processos de compra e contratação de instituições hospitalares;
