Sobre a vaga

Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar no suporte aos nossos afiliados, garantindo um atendimento ágil, claro e resolutivo.

Você será responsável por apoiar os afiliados em dúvidas relacionadas a acessos, links, plataformas, ferramentas e processos, além de identificar problemas, registrar demandas e direcionar situações mais complexas para as áreas responsáveis.

A posição exige facilidade com tecnologia, boa comunicação e autonomia para lidar com diferentes demandas em um ambiente digital e dinâmico.

Como vai ser o seu dia a dia

  • Realizar atendimento e suporte aos afiliados através do Telegram e demais canais digitais;
  • Auxiliar em dúvidas relacionadas a acessos, links, ferramentas, plataformas e processos da operação;
  • Identificar e investigar problemas relatados pelos afiliados;
  • Registrar e organizar as demandas recebidas;
  • Acompanhar solicitações até a resolução;
  • Direcionar e escalar problemas técnicos para as áreas responsáveis quando necessário;
  • Utilizar ferramentas de IA para apoiar análises, pesquisas e resolução de demandas;
  • Manter as informações e os registros de atendimento organizados e atualizados;
  • Identificar dúvidas recorrentes e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de suporte;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com outras áreas para garantir uma boa experiência aos afiliados.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência anterior com suporte técnico ou atendimento digital;
  • Conhecimento sobre marketing digital e mercado de afiliados;
  • Experiência utilizando Telegram, ClickUp ou CRM;
  • Inglês.
