O time de Edição de Vídeo tem a missão de transformar ideias em VSLs (Video Sales Letters) estratégicas e persuasivas. A sua missão aqui vai ser editar e montar vídeos que fazem a diferença nas vendas online, usando as melhores técnicas de copy audiovisual e storytelling.

Se você manda bem em edição, entende o poder de uma boa VSL e quer trabalhar em um time que valoriza o impacto real do conteúdo bem feito, vem para GEX!

Como vai ser o seu dia a dia:

  • Criar e liderar a produção de VSLs impactantes e persuasivas, utilizando storytelling visual avançado para maximizar retenções e conversões.
  • Trabalhar diretamente com as equipes de Copy e Mídia para alinhar estratégias e otimizar o desempenho dos vídeos.
  • Analisar métricas de performance das VSLs, ajustando edições com base em dados para resultados superiores.
  • Mapear e incorporar tendências globais em formatos e estilos de VSLs, garantindo que nossas campanhas estejam sempre à frente do mercado.
  • Integrar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial para aumentar a produtividade e qualidade das entregas.
  • Mentorar e orientar editores plenos e juniores, promovendo boas práticas e a evolução contínua do time.

O que esperamos de você

  • Experiência sólida e comprovada na edição de VSLs de alta performance
  • Portfólio de impacto, que demonstre resultados e a aplicação de técnicas avançadas de storytelling visual.
  • Computador de alta performance para lidar com edições exigentes e renderizações de grande escala.
  • Domínio técnico avançado de Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects e outras ferramentas relevantes.
  • Excelência em storytelling visual, transformando copy em vídeos emocionalmente envolventes e estrategicamente persuasivos.
  • Capacidade analítica para interpretar métricas e ajustar edições com base em dados de performance.
  • Perfil extremamente proativo, detalhista e orientado por resultados.

Se ainda tiver tudo isso, vai ser um diferencial:

  • Experiência com VSLs para o mercado internacional (EUA)
  • Técnicas avançadas de Lipsync e Deep Fake
  • Conhecimento profundo em copywriting aplicado à edição
  • Experiência em direção criativa ou liderança de projetos audiovisuais
