Er wordt vaak gezegd dat eetstoornissen moeilijk zijn. Complex. Ingewikkeld. Vol strijd. Maar wie dieper kijkt, ontmoet juist warme, gevoelige en zorgzame mensen. Mensen die zichzelf staande proberen te houden te midden van oude pijn, angsten en onzekerheden en die ontzettend dankbaar zijn als iemand hen ziet als méér dan hun eetstoornis. En precies dat maakt je werk zo betekenisvol.

Bij ons Expertisecentrum Eetstoornissen in Helmond werk je met een doelgroep die je vakmanschap uitdaagt en verrijkt. Complex, specialistisch, intens, maar bovenal: ongelooflijk waardevol. Hier kun je als klinisch psycholoog je volledige pallet aan diagnostische en therapeutische vaardigheden inzetten én ontwikkelen.

Dit is jouw plek

Je werkt in een hoogspecialistisch, multidisciplinair team dat elkaar versterkt: psychiaters, medici, verpleegkundigen, voedingsdeskundigen, sociotherapeuten, vaktherapeuten, collega-psychologen en psychotherapeuten. Je staat er nooit alleen voor: je bouwt samen, denkt samen, leert samen.

Je behandelt cliënten met o.a. anorexia, boulimia, binge eating en ARFID met onderliggende thema’s als angst, trauma, persoonlijkheidsdynamiek, autisme of complexe psychosociale factoren.

Wat je gaat doen

Diagnostiek

  • Je neemt deel aan ons organisatiebrede diagnostiekteam waar je neuropsychologisch, intelligentie- en persoonlijkheidsonderzoek doet naar complexe diagnostiekvragen van cliënten vanuit alle teams binnen onze organisatie. Een veelzijdige taak, waarin je samenwerkt met de cliënt, de aanvrager en een collega-diagnosticus om de cliënt en diens klachten beter te begrijpen.
  • Je doet, net als je overige collega’s, intakes en indicatiegesprekken voor de verschillende zorgpaden binnen ons Expertisecentrum Eetstoornissen

Behandeling

  • Je fungeert als regiebehandelaar binnen één of meerdere zorgpaden van onze deeltijdbehandeling eetstoornissen, waar je (groeps)therapie, systeemgesprekken en evaluatiegesprekken voert met cliënten
  • Je kijkt breed: je focust niet alleen op eten, maar ook op wat daaronder schuilgaat
  • Je werkt binnen onze behandelprogramma’s in hoofdzaak volgens de CGT en MANTRA-methode (cognitief-interpersoonlijke therapie voor anorexia) met inzet van, of verwijzing voor, overige evidence-based behandelingen waar nodig
  • Je hebt oog voor de groepsdynamische processen en wendt deze aan in het persoonlijke groeiproces van je cliënten
  • Je wordt (bij interesse) ingeschakeld in ons suïcide-kernteam, waar je samen met je collega’s een add-on behandeling opstart voor onze cliënten die worstelen met suïcidaliteit (behandeling middels CGT, ASSIP en/of EMDR)

  • Intensieve samenwerking binnen een multidisciplinair team dat elkaars vangnet is
  • Korte lijnen, warme cultuur, veel collegiale reflectie en meeleeskracht

Ontwikkeling & innovatie

  • Je draagt bij aan innovatie en denkt mee over de doorontwikkeling van ons zorgaanbod
  • Optie tot begeleiding van PIOG’s, masterstagiairs of supervisie

Wat je meebrengt

  • Je bent geregistreerd klinisch psycholoog (BIG).
  • Ervaring met CGT (vereist)
  • Bijkomende kennis van Mantra, EMDR, schematherapie, mentaliserende technieken, groepsdynamica is fijn, maar niet vereist
  • Interesse in deze uiterst boeiende en complexe doelgroep
  • Warmte, empathie en therapeutische stevigheid met heldere grenzen
  • Het vermogen om onderliggende dynamieken te lezen en te vertalen naar behandelinterventies
  • Bereidheid om samen te werken binnen een multidisciplinair team

Wat wij jou bieden

  • Direct een dienstverband voor onbepaalde tijd
  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 7.002,- en € 9.725,- o.b.v. 36 uur (cao GGZ, FWG 75)
  • 13e maand + 8,33% vakantiegeld
  • Balansbudget van € 1.000,- per jaar, in te zetten voor extra verlof of opleidingsbudget. Ruim verlof en levensfasebudget.
