Bij GGZ inGeest werk je als gz-psycholoog in het FACT team ouderen Amstelveen met cliënten met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen. Samen met een multidisciplinair team bied je herstelgerichte psychologische behandeling. Ontwikkel je verder en draag bij aan innovatieve behandelmethoden. Je hart, kennis en ervaring zijn hard nodig.

Passende zorg voor jouw cliënten

  • De FACT ouderen teams richten zich op de behandeling en herstel van mensen met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen (EPA) boven de 65 jaar met ernstige problemen en disfunctioneren op meerdere levensdomeinen. Ook worden ouderen met cognitieve stoornissen, waar psychiatrische comorbiditeit bij speelt, behandeld. Indien nodig wordt de familie betrokken bij de behandeling.
  • FACT ouderen biedt langdurig zorgafhankelijke psychiatrische cliënten behandeling en steun op allerlei levensgebieden in de eigen omgeving buiten het ziekenhuis. Daardoor kunnen ook ernstig ontregelde chronisch psychiatrische cliënten met steun van multidisciplinaire FACT teams zelfstandig in de wijk (of in sommige gevallen in een RIBW) wonen.
  • Daarnaast ondersteunen we in het (weer) deelnemen aan de maatschappij. We werken daarin samen met andere organisaties om de cliënt hierbij zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen. De cliënt krijgt extra hulp als het nodig is, minder hulp wanneer het kan.
  • Er wordt gewerkt volgens de F-ACT methode: een intensieve vorm van ambulante wijkgerichte behandeling vanuit herstelgericht oogpunt door verschillende mensen die in één team samenwerken. Ons uitgangspunt blijft om aansluiting te vinden bij de doelen en wensen van de cliënt.
  • Binnen FACT Ouderen wordt gewerkt in multidisciplinair teams bestaande uit psychiaters, specialist ouderengeneeskunde, verpleegkundig specialisten, gz-psychologen, basisartsen, ambulant verpleegkundigen/begeleiders, maatschappelijk werkers en trajectbegeleiders.

  • Als GZ-psycholoog bij FACT heb je de rol van regiebehandelaar en werk je altijd samen met het multidisciplinaire team en verwijzers. Je verricht intakes/ indicatie gesprekken en sluit aan bij behandelplan besprekingen en multidisciplinaire teamoverleggen.
  • Als GZ-psycholoog richt je je op het uitvoeren van behandelingen en (screenende) diagnostiek vragen voor cliënten met ernstige psychiatrische, psychosociale en daardoor vaak complexe maatschappelijke problemen. Dit omvat het behandelen van diverse aandoeningen zoals psychose, angst- en stemmingsstoornissen, en het diagnosticeren en behandelen van (complexe) trauma's.
  • Je past passende behandelvormen toe, waaronder EMDR, ACT en CGT, die het meest geschikt zijn voor deze doelgroep.
  • Als expert bied je consultatie en advies aan andere teamleden, zoals psychiaters, ambulant verpleegkundigen en maatschappelijk werkers, met betrekking tot complexe casuïstiek. Je deelt je kennis en biedt ondersteuning bij het ontwikkelen en implementeren van behandelstrategieën.
  • Binnen GGZ inGeest maak je deel uit van een groep FACT-psychologen die regelmatig bijeenkomt om behandelingen en casussen te bespreken, waardoor de uitwisseling van ervaring en kennis wordt bevorderd.
  • Je biedt werkbegeleiding en supervisie aan psychologen in opleiding (tot gz-psycholoog).
  • Bij GGZ inGeest behandelen we in elk team ook cliënten met trauma, volgens onze visie Trauma Eerst – ook bij comorbiditeit. Wil je meer verdieping? Dan kun je meedoen aan de traumatrein: een intensief behandelprogramma voor cliënten met meervoudig trauma, de zogenoemde trauma trein. Collega's uit verschillende teams en clusters werken hierin samen en vinden het leuk, leerzaam en interessant: "Het zorgt voor afwisseling en is een fijne manier van samenwerken".

  • Je bent BIG geregistreerd als gz-psycholoog.
  • Binnen GGZ inGeest zijn er interne opleidingsplekken voor de opleiding tot klinisch psycholoog.
  • Je krijgt direct een vast dienstverband.
  • De functie bij FACT Ouderen Amstelveen is voor 24 uur per week, bij de wens voor een groter dienstverband is deze functie goed te combineren met de functie in een ander FACT team op de locatie.
  • De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 65 cao ggz.
