Als GZ-psycholoog bij GGZ inGeest bied je cliënten structuur en zorg. Je begeleidt, observeert en signaleert veranderingen in hun fysieke en mentale gesteldheid. Dat doe je niet alleen, maar met een multidisciplinair team van specialisten, verpleegkundigen en begeleiders. Binnen dat team maken jouw observaties het verschil.

Passende zorg voor jouw cliënten

  • Vervolgkliniek Westerpoort in Bennebroek biedt (langdurige) behandeling aan 87 cliënten met een Ernstig Psychiatrische Aandoening (EPA) verspreid over 4 teams. Er zijn 3 open afdelingen waarvan 1 afdeling met 27 HAT woningen (appartementen). Daarnaast is er een (nieuwe) gesloten afdeling.
  • Bij Westerpoort nemen we de tijd die nodig is, soms meerdere maanden, om herstel te bevorderen. We richten ons niet alleen op de symptomen, maar geven aandacht aan de persoon erachter en zijn of haar netwerk. Het opbouwen van een vertrouwensrelatie en intensief contact met de cliënt en diens naasten staat centraal. Onze rustige, groene omgeving draagt bij aan een gevoel van veiligheid en welzijn.
  • Diverse herstel faciliteiten zoals sport, activiteiten, dagbesteding, behandeling, geestelijke verzorging en werkgelegenheden ondersteunen het herstelproces. We werken toe naar een passende en zo hoog mogelijk haalbare uitstroom, zoals zelfstandig wonen of beschermd/beschut wonen.

Passende werkomgeving voor jou

  • Als GZ-psycholoog heb je de rol van regiebehandelaar. Je verricht intakes, stelt behandelplannen op en draagt zorg voor de uitvoering van behandelplannen binnen de multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Je taken bestaan daarnaast uit het verrichten van psychodiagnostiek; voeren van indicatiegesprekken; uitvoeren van psychotherapeutische (groeps)behandelingen; en begeleiden van de (verpleegkundige) teams bij complexe casuïstiek. Je stelt hiervoor indicaties en inventariseert de mogelijkheden om deze behandeling te combineren met andere behandelinterventies. Daarnaast neem je deel aan multidisciplinair overleg en denk je vanuit jouw expertise mee over de diagnostiek- en behandeltrajecten van de cliënten.
  • Je ontwikkelt het bestaande behandelaanbod verder samen met de teams.
  • Je biedt werkbegeleiding en supervisie aan psychologen in opleiding tot GZ-psycholoog. Je vindt het belangrijk om cliënten te ondersteunen bij het herwinnen en/of vergroten van hun zelfvertrouwen en autonomie. Herstel van het sociaal en maatschappelijk functioneren is hierbij voor jou een belangrijke focus.
  • Je bent gericht op samenwerken, flexibel, en gaat graag inhoudelijke uitdagingen aan.

  • De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 65 cao ggz.
  • Binnen GGZ inGeest zijn er interne opleidingsplekken voor de opleiding tot klinisch psycholoog en klinisch neuropsycholoog.
  • Je krijgt een vaste aanstelling dienstverband van 16 uur per week
