Werk in een TOPGGz-gecertificeerd team, blijf verbonden met de academische wereld en draag bij aan innovatieve behandelingen. Ontwikkel je verder en maak een verschil voor je cliënten.

Over de afdeling

  • Je komt te werken op de poliklinieken Depressie.
  • Binnen het team staat multidisciplinaire samenwerking centraal met veel aandacht voor jeugd traumasensitief werken.
  • Je komt te werken in twee betrokken en gedreven teams, waar collegialiteit en professionaliteit hoog in het vaandel staan.
  • De polikliniek Depressie biedt behandeling aan volwassenen vanaf 18 jaar met depressieve klachten die specialistische of hoog-specialistische zorg vragen doordat hun klachten langdurig bestaan.
  • Je krijgt te maken met een rijke diversiteit aan cliënten. Naast de uiteenlopende hulpvragen lopen ook de leeftijd, achtergrond en maatschappelijke omstandigheden uiteen.
  • Op deze poliklinieken staan wij voor diagnostiek en behandeling waar evidentie voor is. Ook staan we voor een aanbod dat zowel inhoudelijk als qua intensiteit ‘op maat’ kan worden gemaakt. Dit aanbod wordt in nauwe samenwerking met de academische werkplaatsen voortdurend onderzocht en verbeterd.
  • Je maakt deel uit van ondernemende, multidisciplinaire teams van psychiaters, verpleegkundig specialisten, psychologen, vaktherapeuten en opleidelingen die nauw met elkaar samenwerken.
  • Innovatief en flexibel: Je werkt één dag per week voor onze online polikliniek Mindway, waar je cliënten volledig digitaal behandelt, via beeldbellen en blended care-modules. Dit biedt een mooie mix van innovatieve zorg en de flexibiliteit van (deels) thuiswerken.

Wat ga je doen als Basisarts?

  • Als basisarts bij de poliklinieken voer je intakegesprekken en doe je medisch-psychiatrische diagnostiek, medicatie consulten en begeleidende contacten. Je stelt behandelindicaties en behandelplannen op in samenspraak met de cliënt, psychiater en eventuele medebehandelaars en werkt deze uit.
  • Je hebt een eigen caseload en werkt nauw samen met het multidisciplinaire team en verwijzers. Je sluit aan bij het multidisciplinair overleg en behandelplan besprekingen.
  • Binnen de teams lever je vanuit je eigen vakgebied een bijdrage aan de opzet, toetsing en evaluatie van behandeling.
