Grafton Office è la specializzazione di Gi Group dedicata a valorizzare le esperienze, le competenze e il potenziale dei candidati in ambito Accounting, Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal, Purchasing and Office Management Ricerchiamo per Azienda leader nel settore della cantieristica navale un/una BUYER DI COMMESSA da inserire presso la sede di Genova Centro. Il cliente opera su grandi commesse di costruzione e riparazione. Contesto e obiettivi del ruolo La risorsa, in stretta collaborazione con l'area tecnica, si occuperà dell'approvvigionamento di materiali e servizi sia di commessa sia destinati al magazzino materiali di consumo e alle spese generali, garantendo l'ottimizzazione qualitativa, economica e finanziaria degli acquisti e il rispetto dei tempi di fornitura. L'obiettivo è soddisfare le richieste di acquisto secondo le linee guida aziendali, ottenendo il miglior risultato in termini di qualità/prezzo/tempi. Attività principali Gestione del processo di acquisto, dalla definizione dell'offerta fino all'emissione e gestione dell'ordine; Ricerca, selezione e gestione di fornitori nazionali e internazionali; Richiesta e analisi delle offerte, confronto delle condizioni economiche e tecniche; Negoziazione di prezzi, condizioni di fornitura, tempi di consegna e modalità di pagamento; Monitoraggio degli ordini e delle consegne, intervenendo tempestivamente in caso di criticità; Gestione e aggiornamento di accordi e contratti/condizioni di fornitura; Supporto alla definizione di accordi quadro e condizioni di fornitura; Collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali interne per la definizione delle esigenze di acquisto; Monitoraggio del mercato di riferimento e individuazione di soluzioni alternative; Analisi e ottimizzazione dei costi di acquisto, nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi richiesti; Gestione della documentazione e delle attività amministrative connesse agli acquisti; Utilizzo di sistemi gestionali/ERP per la gestione e tracciabilità del processo di acquisto. Requisiti Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo, preferibilmente presso aziende della cantieristica navale o in contesti industriali/manifatturieri (no provenienza servizi). Diploma di Scuola Secondaria Superiore oppure Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico-economico. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (gradito francese). Conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e Word) e utilizzo di gestionali aziendali/ERP. Completano il profilo: attitudine alla negoziazione, precisione, dinamismo e proattività. Titolo preferenziale: esperienza su commesse in ambiti internazionali, gestione fornitori CEE ed extra CEE e utilizzo di fonti di scouting internazionali. Proposta Sede/Zona: Genova Centro Orario: Full-time; possibilità di smart working dopo i primi 6 mesi di collaborazione. Contratto: assunzione a tempo indeterminato in Azienda Tk. 8 euro + welfare aziendale di 250 + Mbo Aziendale annuale variabile RAL indicativa: 30.000-40.000 € lordi annui definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale e alle mansioni previste per la posizione CCNL applicato: Metalmeccanica Industria - *Grafton Office è una specializzazione di Gi Group Spa autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
