Per un'azienda globale leader nella costruzione e realizzazione di grandi opere e infrastrutture, ricerchiamo, per il potenziamento della funzione Acquisti Corporate presso l'HQ di Milano, un/una: Corporate Buyer - Materiali Sede: Rozzano | 8 gg/mese di smart working | Trasferte (1 settimana/mese) La risorsa, inserita nella funzione Corporate Materials Procurement, riporterà al Corporate Head of Materials Procurement, prima linea del Corporate VP Procurement & Vendor Management. Gestirà gli acquisti corporate di: materiali da costruzione (es. acciaio, cemento) sistemi permanenti, quali: impianti elettromeccanici (HVAC, elettrici, idraulici), impianti di trasporto interno (ascensori, scale mobili, impianti di trattamento acque e impianti ambientali ecc L'attività riguarda sia la corporate sia i cantieri italiani ed esteri, con un ruolo di indirizzo e definizione delle strategie di categoria. Responsabilità principali Analisi matematiche per monitorare l'andamento dei prezzi delle materie prime Gestione operativa dell'intero processo di acquisto, garantendo conformità, tempi e costi Supporto al Global Commodity Manager nella selezione dei fornitori, definizione budget e strategie Monitoraggio delle performance dei fornitori e identificazione di misure correttive con Global Commodity Manager e Vendor Management Analisi e valutazione delle offerte: confronto tecnico-economico, tabelle comparative e raccomandazioni finali con le Direzioni/Unità richiedenti Redazione dei contratti e delle condizioni di acquisto, in collaborazione con Ufficio Legale e Ufficio Contratti Profilo ideale Cerchiamo candidati laureati esclusivamente in discipline ingegneristiche, economiche o matematico-statistiche, motivati a intraprendere un percorso di crescita in un ruolo corporate strategico. Hanno maturato 2-5 anni di esperienza in contesti industriali multinazionali o italiani con esposizione internazionale, manifatturieri strutturati o general contractors (oil & gas, energy, power generation), con esperienza nell'ufficio acquisti di beni o servizi. Non è richiesta esperienza specifica nei materiali (prodotti tecnologicamente semplici). Competenze indispensabili: Ottima dimestichezza con modelli matematici, analisi dati e regressioni Buona conoscenza dell'inglese per interazione costante con fornitori e funzioni interne (Project Management, Ufficio Tecnico) Capacità di orientarsi in grandi organizzazioni con priorità mutevoli Attitudine analitica, precisione e orientamento al risultato Inquadramento e pacchetto retributivo CCNL Edilizia - Livello 7 RAL 46-55k Ticket restaurant + assicurazione sanitaria Sistema premiante previsto come prassi aziendale (MBO dal secondo anno) Sede: Rozzano Orario: ingresso flessibile 8.30-10.00 Smart working: 8 gg/mese Trasferte: non previste (eventuali solo sporadiche) Wyser è il brand globale di Gi Group Holding dedicato alla ricerca e selezione di profili manageriali ed executive.
