Ricerchiamo per ampliamento di organico di azienda cliente del metalmeccanico e con sede a Colleferro (RM) Junior BUYER - provenienza settore metalmeccanico Attività Gestione del processo di acquisto per le categorie merceologiche assegnate (trattasi di meccanica) Negoziare le condizioni economiche, condurre trattative dirette sul prezzo di listino, negoziare i termini di pagamento, i lead time e le condizioni di fornitura con i partner commerciali nazionali e internazionali Identificare nuovi fornitori potenziali (sourcing) al fine di ridurre i costi e diversificare i canali di approvvigionamento Monitorare e valutare periodicamente le performance dei fornitori in termini di puntualità, qualità e flessibilità Emissione, monitoraggio e sollecito degli ordini di acquisto tramite il sistema gestionale ERP aziendale Risolvere eventuali non conformità commerciali o logistiche in collaborazione con l'ufficio qualità e la logistica Monitorare l'andamento dei prezzi delle materie prime sui mercati di riferimento per anticipare fluttuazioni e pianificare acquisti strategici Requisiti Laurea Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 1 anno Preferibile provenienza dal settore industriale e metalmeccanico Residenza nei pressi di Colleferro (RM) Disponibilità immediata Soft Skills Buone capacità di negoziazione e problem-solving, capacità analitiche e di giudizio. Giorni e orari di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9:00 alle 18:00 (NO smartworking) Sede di lavoro: Colleferro (RM) Si offre: Inserimento con contratto a tempo determinato da 3 a 6 mesi in somministrazione iniziale finalizzati all'assunzione. Livello di inquadramento previsto : 3 LIVELLO CCNL Metalmeccanico PMI Retribuzione prevista: RAL di 25.000 Euro circa, retribuzione definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale e alle mansioni previste per la posizione. Per profili con maggiore esperienza si valuta anche inserimento con contratto a tempo indeterminato e range di RAL compreso fra 25.000 e 30.000 Euro. *Grafton Office è una specializzazione di Gi Group Spa autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
