Il nostro Cliente è un importante gruppo industriale italiano, leader nella manifattura per il settore food & beverage, con presenza internazionale e un percorso di sviluppo fondato su innovazione, investimenti e solidità operativa. Per potenziamento della funzione Acquisti tecnici a supporto dei plant, ricerchiamo un/una: Industrial Sr Buyer / Technical Procurement (CAPEX & MRO). La risorsa, riportando al Purchasing Manager, opererà trasversalmente sugli stabilimenti italiani con impatto diretto su continuità produttiva, governance della spesa tecnica e performance dei fornitori. Collaborerà quotidianamente con Engineering, Manutenzione e Plant Management, oltre che con Qualità/HSE, Finance e Legal. Gestirà relazioni con fornitori italiani e internazionali (OEM, integratori, service provider) e, per investimenti o accordi quadro rilevanti, supporterà l'escalation verso General Management e Proprietà. È possibile un contributo su iniziative corporate di standardizzazione/razionalizzazione con estensione internazionale. Principali responsabilità: Gestione end-to-end del sourcing su CAPEX, servizi tecnici e MRO: dal fabbisogno alla contrattualizzazione Impostazione e conduzione di RFQ/RFP e gare, con comparativi tecnico-economici e analisi TCO Negoziazione di condizioni commerciali e contratti (garanzie, penali, tempi di consegna, collaudi/accettazioni, ricambi e service) Definizione e gestione di accordi quadro e contratti di service con SLA/KPI, aumentando la copertura contrattuale della spesa ricorrente Vendor management: qualifica, monitoraggio performance, gestione criticità/claim, mitigazione rischi (lead time, single source, continuità assistenza) Supporto a Engineering/Manutenzione su standardizzazione, ricambistica critica e iniziative di miglioramento Competenze tecniche richieste: Diploma tecnico (Perito Meccanico/Meccatronico) e/o Laurea in Ingegneria (preferenza Meccanica/Meccatronica/Industriale) Esperienza indicativa 5-10+ anni in acquisti tecnico-industriali in contesti manifatturieri strutturati Esposizione concreta a CAPEX e contrattualistica service, oltre a categorie MRO (ricambi, consumabili, manutenzioni) Familiarità con tendering strutturato, logiche TCO e disciplina di processo Buona padronanza di ERP/strumenti di procurement Inglese fluente per negoziazione e gestione fornitori internazionali Competenze manageriali e soft skills: Negoziazione evoluta e capacità di gestire trade-off costo/qualità/rischio/continuità Autorevolezza con stakeholder tecnici, forte orientamento all'execution e gestione priorità in contesto produttivo Comunicazione sintetica e capacità di escalation strutturata Approccio data-driven, rigore e affidabilità Sede di lavoro: Italia, area Emilia-Romagna, con trasferte prevalentemente nazionali e, in funzione dei progetti, internazionali. Attività prevalentemente on site. Offerta: inserimento a tempo indeterminato. Package indicativo: RAL €45.000-€55.000 + MBO ~10%.
