Estamos buscando un/a API Governance Engineer para unirse al equipo de Glintt Next, participando en iniciativas que conectan negocio, arquitectura y tecnología en uno de nuestros clientes líderes del sector bancario.

Como API Governance Engineer, formarás parte de iniciativas relacionadas con el gobierno, diseño y definición de APIs REST y arquitecturas Event-Driven (EDA). Colaborarás en la aplicación de estándares y buenas prácticas que garanticen la calidad, seguridad y consistencia de APIs y eventos, participando en su ciclo de vida y trabajando de la mano de equipos de arquitectura, desarrollo, seguridad y negocio.

¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA?

- Colaborando en la aplicación y mantenimiento del modelo de gobierno de APIs REST y Event-Driven, siguiendo los estándares, políticas y buenas prácticas establecidos.

- Participando en la revisión de APIs y eventos para comprobar su adecuación a los estándares de diseño y gobierno de la organización.

- Aplicando controles de calidad y validaciones que permitan identificar posibles incumplimientos y oportunidades de mejora.

- Colaborando en la automatización de controles y validaciones de gobierno dentro de los procesos de CI/CD.

- Participando en el mantenimiento de catálogos e inventarios de APIs y eventos, contribuyendo a mantener la información actualizada, clasificada y trazable.

- Aplicando criterios establecidos de seguridad, control de acceso, auditoría y observabilidad en APIs y eventos.

- Colaborando en la definición y documentación de APIs, eventos y contratos dentro de soluciones REST y Event-Driven.

- Trabajando junto a equipos de arquitectura, desarrollo, seguridad y negocio para acompañar la correcta aplicación de estándares y buenas prácticas.

- Participando en iniciativas internas de adopción y evangelización relacionadas con API Governance y arquitecturas Event-Driven.

LO QUE BUSCAMOS

- Aproximadamente 3-4 años de experiencia profesional trabajando en ámbitos relacionados con APIs, integración o arquitectura, con conocimientos o experiencia práctica en API Governance y arquitecturas Event-Driven.

- Experiencia o buenos conocimientos en diseño y definición de APIs REST y asíncronas.

- Conocimientos de Swagger/OpenAPI y AsyncAPI para la definición y documentación de contratos.

- Conocimientos de arquitecturas Event-Driven (EDA) y familiaridad con sus principales conceptos y patrones.

- Conocimientos de esquemas de datos Avro y/o de técnicas como Event Storming.

- Familiaridad con estándares de gobierno, controles de calidad y validaciones de APIs.

- Conocimientos de CI/CD y automatización.

- Conocimientos de conceptos de seguridad de APIs, como OAuth, JWT, IAM, mTLS, certificados o ACLs.

- Conocimientos o interés en ámbitos como auditoría, trazabilidad, observabilidad y event lineage.

- Valorable conocimiento de arquitectura BIAN.

- Capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa con diferentes equipos, con proactividad, capacidad de aprendizaje y buenas habilidades de comunicación.
