Tus próximos desafíos 🚀

El/la Content Specialist de Global66, será el dueño del contenido de Global66 en redes sociales y de la estrategia de comunicaciones B2B. Su cargo cubre la definición de qué decimos, en qué canal y con qué formato: parrilla de Instagram y TikTok, contenido de campañas, la estrategia all channel de los canales orgánicos como Instagram, LinkedIn y TikTok y la arquitectura de comunicaciones del segmento B2B.

Trabajará en conjunto con diferentes áreas como CRM, Paid y PR para la alineación de canales en estrategias de comunicaciones.

Sus funciones están:

  • Ejecutar la parrilla mensual de nuestras redes sociales, definir la línea editorial con hipótesis y resultado medido.
  • Tomar la estrategia B2B como frente propio, con documento y calendario a su nombre.
  • Diseñar la estrategia all channel de Instagram, LinkedIn y TikTok, con métricas y metas anuales a su nombre.
  • Construir la estrategia de redes del podcast y del webinar B2B como línea propia, no como cobertura puntual.
  • Grabar y editar con herramientas ágiles (CapCut o equivalente), cuidando composición, ritmo, subtítulos, overlays, audio y branding.
  • Mantener una biblioteca ordenada de assets junto al equipo de Brand (plantillas, intros/outros, subtítulos, assets de global, botones, pantallas) para aumentar la agilidad de producción.
  • Usar AI para multiplicar volumen y velocidad sin perder claridad ni consistencia de marca.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estudios universitarios en comunicaciones, negocios, periodismo, marketing o afines.
  • +3 años de experiencia en contenido estratégico, idealmente en entornos fintech, SaaS, servicios financieros.
  • Excelente redacción, pensamiento lógico y capacidad para traducir conceptos complejos en mensajes simples.
  • Mentalidad analítica y orientada a resultados: foco en impacto, no solo en producción.
  • Inglés intermedio o avanzado.
  • Deseable: experiencia colaborando con equipos de ventas o producto.
