Estamos buscando um(a) Enfermeiro(a) Product Owner para atuar em um produto inovador que utiliza Inteligência Artificial para apoiar decisões relacionadas à alta de pacientes em UTI.

Essa é uma oportunidade para quem quer ir além da assistência e colocar sua experiência clínica a serviço de um produto tecnológico que impacta diretamente a jornada do paciente e a eficiência das equipes de saúde.

Sobre o desafio:

Você será uma das principais pontes entre assistência, negócio e tecnologia, garantindo que o produto realmente faça sentido para quem está na ponta. No dia a dia, você estará próximo(a) do time de desenvolvimento, traduzindo necessidades assistenciais em requisitos de produto, priorizando demandas e acompanhando a evolução da solução. É uma posição para quem gosta de ritmo intenso, autonomia, tomada de decisão e muita interação com diferentes áreas. Atuar como Product Owner de uma solução tecnológica voltada ao ambiente de UTI; Ser a referência assistencial do produto, levando a visão e as necessidades dos profissionais de saúde para o time de tecnologia; Entender profundamente os fluxos hospitalares e assistenciais e transformá-los em oportunidades de melhoria do produto; Levantar, detalhar e priorizar requisitos e funcionalidades; Construir e manter backlog, histórias de usuário e critérios de aceite; Trabalhar diariamente em parceria com desenvolvedores, stakeholders e demais profissionais envolvidos no produto; Participar de cerimônias ágeis e acompanhar entregas, testes e evolução da solução; Validar se as funcionalidades desenvolvidas atendem às necessidades reais do ambiente hospitalar; Apoiar decisões de produto considerando experiência do usuário, impacto assistencial, segurança e eficiência operacional; Liderar e direcionar o time sob a perspectiva de produto, garantindo clareza de prioridades e objetivos; Atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, com mudanças rápidas e necessidade de decisões ágeis.

O que buscamos:

Formação obrigatória em Enfermagem, com experiência prática na área assistencial. Buscamos alguém que realmente conheça a rotina hospitalar e consiga conversar de igual para igual com profissionais assistenciais e com um time de tecnologia.

É importante ter:

Formação em Enfermagem; Experiência assistencial em ambiente hospitalar; Conhecimento da rotina e dos processos relacionados à UTI; Experiência ou conhecimento em sistemas hospitalares, como Tasy, MV ou similares; Experiência prévia como Product Owner, Analista de Produto, Analista de Negócios ou atuação semelhante; Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis e gestão de backlog; Facilidade para traduzir necessidades do negócio/assistência em requisitos para tecnologia; Boa comunicação e capacidade de transitar entre áreas técnicas e assistenciais; Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e com forte capacidade de tomada de decisão.
