The posting

Ressources Jeunesse de Saint-Laurent (RJSL) est un organisme à but non lucratif fondé en 1986 qui vient en aide aux jeunes en difficulté en leur offrant de l’hébergement et du soutien psychosocial.

Sous l’autorité de la direction générale, la personne titulaire du poste assure la coordination des principales activités administratives et financières de l’organisme. Elle soutient la direction et les responsables de secteurs, veille au suivi de la facturation, de la paie et des subventions, et coordonne les activités liées à l’entretien et à la gestion des bâtiments. Elle contribue également à la préparation des rencontres du conseil d’administration et au suivi des dossiers administratifs.

Principales responsabilités

  • Assurer le suivi de la facturation, des comptes payables et recevables, de la paie et des dossiers financiers.
  • Participer au suivi des budgets, des subventions, des demandes de financement et des redditions de comptes.
  • Coordonner les demandes d’entretien, de réparation et de travaux dans les bâtiments, ainsi que les relations avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
  • Offrir un soutien administratif à la direction générale et aux responsables de secteurs.
  • Préparer les documents, participer aux réunions du conseil d’administration et assurer les suivis nécessaires.

Profil recherché

  • Formation technique et minimum de 3 ans d’expérience pertinente en administration, comptabilité ou gestion.
  • Bonne connaissance des processus administratifs, financiers et de paie.
  • Excellentes capacités d’organisation, de planification et de gestion des priorités.
  • Autonomie, rigueur, jugement, discrétion et souci de la confidentialité.
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
  • Une expérience en gestion de bâtiments, en coordination de fournisseurs ou dans le milieu communautaire constitue un atout.

Conditions de travail

  • Salaire de départ : 30,50 $/heure, selon l’échelle salariale.
  • Horaire de 35 heures par semaine, principalement du lundi au vendredi.
  • Possibilité de télétravail selon entente, avec présence régulière requise aux bureaux.
  • Assurance collective après la période de probation, dont 75 % des primes sont payées par l’employeur.
  • Programme Santé et Bien-être après la période de probation.
  • Régime de retraite des groupes communautaires et de femmes après 3 mois.
