Votre rôle dans l'équipe : Sous la supervision directe de notre gestionnaire du garage (Patrick) et aux côtés de notre équipe actuelle, vous serez le nerf de la guerre pour éviter les arrêts de machinerie sur nos chantiers. Vous travaillerez à 90-95 % dans le confort de notre atelier pour assurer l'entretien et la réparation de nos camions de déneigement et de nos véhicules 12 roues.

Votre quotidien :

  • Effectuer l'entretien préventif et les vérifications mécaniques de la flotte.
  • Diagnostiquer avec précision les bris et prioriser les urgences de réparation.
  • Utiliser les outils de diagnostic informatisés (Cummins Insite, PACCAR et Wabco).
  • Réaliser des réparations électriques (une composante clé du poste !) et mécaniques, en faisant preuve d'esprit critique pour cibler la panne sans remplacer des pièces inutilement.
  • Effectuer les inspections requises (si vous détenez votre carte PEP).

Ce que nous recherchons (Votre profil) :

L'expérience prime sur le diplôme !

  • Vous avez entre 5 et 10 ans d'expérience pratique solide en mécanique de véhicules lourds ? Nous voulons vous parler, avec ou sans DEP.
  • Fortes compétences en diagnostic électrique (un critère essentiel).
  • Certification PEP (Programme d'Entretien Préventif) pour signer les inspections de la SAAQ (un atout majeur).
  • Vous êtes autonome, débrouillard et vous avez une attitude positive.

  • Stabilité de vie : Pas de système de garde régulier ou de soirs obligatoires (à l'exception des urgences extrêmes de déneigement l'hiver).
  • Assurances collectives : Couverture incluant l'assurance médicaments (payée à 20% minimum par l'employeur), assurance vie, invalidité, assurance voyage, et un budget de 300 $/spécialiste de la santé. (Examen de la vue remboursé aux 2 ans).
  • Retraite : Régime volontaire d'épargne-retraite (RVER) avec une contribution de l'employeur d'environ 3 %.
