Pour notre magnifique projet Symbio à Terrebonne, nous cherchons notre futur⸱e Chef⸱fe d'entretien. Un⸱e leader de terrain, présent⸱e pour son équipe et à l'écoute des besoins de notre communauté.

Votre quotidien chez EVOL :

En tant que Chef⸱fe d'entretien, vous incarnez l'image de marque et l'excellence de Maître Carré au quotidien. Vous veillez au maintien impeccable du bâtiment, à la sécurité et à la satisfaction des résidents, tout en orchestrant le travail d'une petite équipe dédiée (1 concierge et 1 préposé à l'entretien).

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Gestion d'équipe terrain : Planifier, répartir et suivre le travail quotidien de l'équipe. Participer aux évaluations de rendement et maintenir un bon climat de travail.
  • Maintenance et réparations : Exécuter les travaux de réparation généraux, l'entretien préventif et veiller à la propreté des espaces communs et des unités.
  • Service aux locataires : Traiter les demandes d'intervention des résidents avec professionnalisme et rigueur.
  • Projets et suivi technique : Prendre en charge certains projets spéciaux d'entretien, effectuer la gestion des inventaires et assurer le suivi des requêtes via nos outils informatiques.
  • Respect des normes : Veiller à l'application des standards de sécurité et de propreté de l'immeuble.

Profil recherché :

  • Scolarité : Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) requis. DEP en entretien général d'immeubles ou en hygiène et salubrité (un atout).
  • Expérience : Expérience pertinente en maintenance d'immeubles (de préférence dans un bâtiment multi-résidentiel d’au moins 100 unités).
  • Connaissances techniques : Bonnes compétences générales en entretien d'immeuble (notions de base en plomberie, électricité et réparation générale).
  • Aisance informatique : À l'aise avec la suite Google Workspace et l'apprentissage de logiciels de gestion (ex. BuildingLink).
  • Bilinguisme : Bilinguisme fonctionnel (capacité à échanger avec des locataires anglophones, à l'oral comme à l'écrit).
  • Aptitudes : Organisation, esprit d'équipe, bonne communication et capacité à suivre les procédures établies.
