The posting

Notre client, une entreprise québécoise fondée en 2013, est spécialisé dans la gestion et le développement d'actifs immobiliers résidentiels et commerciaux. L'entreprise propose des services complets de gestion d'immeubles locatifs et de propriétés adaptées aux besoins des familles et des entreprises.

Dans le cadre de ses activités, l'entreprise est actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) coordonnateur(trice) à la location et à la gestion immobilière pour prendre en charge un ensemble d'immeubles neufs et existants situé dans la région de Lévis.

Ton quotidien:

  • Prendre en charge les visites du début à la fin : appel des locataires potentiels pour confirmer la visite, visite complète (répondre aux questions, fournir l'information) et gestion de l'expérience ainsi que des suivis après la visite.
  • Gérer et mettre à jour les données client dans le système (notes au dossier, mise à jour du statut de la visite et du lead).
  • Rédiger et transmettre les avis de renouvellement, puis assurer les différentes tâches courantes liées à la gestion des immeubles.
  • Maintenir un excellent service à la clientèle et respect strict des règlements d'immeuble.
  • Prendre en charge la portion administrative de la signature du bail (documents à obtenir du locataire et documents à remplir et faire signer par le nouveau locataire).
  • Préparer les déménagements ainsi que les prises de possession d'unités.
  • Faire le suivi avec les locataires actuels.
  • Prendre en charge les requêtes et plaintes des locataires et coordonner avec l'équipe de maintenance/entretien sur place.

Le profil que nous recherchons:

  • Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion immobilière multi résidentielle et location (condos locatifs moyen/haut de gamme)
  • Maîtrise obligatoire du logiciel Hopem (ou logiciel de gestion immobilière équivalent).
  • Grande autonomie, débrouillardise et rigueur administrative irréprochable.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles, sens développé du service client et diplomatie.
