Rejoignez notre équipe chaleureuse chez Louis d’Or Auberge pour aînés, une résidence privée pour aînés (RPA) et une ressource intermédiaire (RI) bien implantée dans sa communauté, offrant un milieu de vie à échelle humaine. Nous nous distinguons en étant le milieu de vie pour les aînés semi-autonomes dans la MRC des Sources.

Votre mission au cœur de l'action

Comme cuisinier(ère) au sein de l’Auberge, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Préparer des repas savoureux et réconfortants.
  • Adapter les menus selon les besoins et régimes particuliers de nos résidents (textures, allergies, apport en protéines).
  • Assurer la salubrité, le nettoyage des réfrigérateurs et la plonge/vaisselle des résidents.
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail sécuritaire et impeccablement propre.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe de travail dont la cuisinière principale.
  • Effectuer toutes les formations requises à sa fonction (MAPAQ, formation sur les principes de déplacement sécuritaire des personnes), formation de RCR/secourisme et formation sur la Loi 90 (distribution médication aux résidents).
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe à sa fonction.

Le profil que nous recherchons

  • Être rigoureux(se), passionné(e) et habile en cuisine.
  • Avoir une excellente facilité à travailler en équipe selon des procédures établies.
  • Grande autonomie, proactivité et sens de l'initiative.
  • Incarner au quotidien nos valeurs fondamentales : la compétence et la rigueur culinaire, l'humanisme auprès de nos aînés, ainsi qu'une touche constante de bonne humeur.
  • Flexibilité et capacité d'adaptation.

Expérience et qualifications recherchées

  • Diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) en cuisine d'établissement ou expérience équivalente (un atout)
  • Expérience pertinente en préparation de repas ou passion pour la cuisine.
  • Connaissance pratique des régimes alimentaires adaptés et des textures de repas (un atout)

  • Horaire : Poste permanent à temps plein (40 heures par semaine incluant les fins de semaine (mercredi au vendredi en après-midi/soirée, samedi et dimanche de 5h30 à 18h30)
