Estamos com uma oportunidade para uma consultoria especializada em terceirização de folha de pagamento, departamento pessoal e saúde e segurança do trabalho, que atende pequenas e médias empresas com atendimento próximo e técnico. Buscamos um profissional organizado, atento aos detalhes e com disciplina para o trabalho remoto, para atuar nas rotinas completas de DP de diversas empresas clientes.

O DESAFIO: Garantir que as rotinas de departamento pessoal das empresas atendidas aconteçam com precisão, dentro dos prazos legais e com um atendimento cuidadoso, da admissão ao desligamento, passando por folha, benefícios e controle de jornada.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Admissões & Desligamentos: Conduzir processos de admissão, demissão e rescisão, incluindo conferência de documentos, cálculos rescisórios e suporte às homologações.
  • Folha de Pagamento: Preparar, calcular e fechar a folha de pagamento, férias e 13º salário, com lançamento de eventos variáveis e conferência dos resultados.
  • Encargos & Obrigações: Apoiar a apuração e o recolhimento de contribuições e encargos (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) e o envio das informações ao eSocial.
  • Benefícios: Administrar a solicitação, inclusão e controle de benefícios, como vale-transporte, alimentação, cesta básica, assistência médica e odontológica e seguro de vida.
  • Ponto & Banco de Horas: Controlar o registro de ponto eletrônico das empresas clientes, realizar o fechamento e a apuração do banco de horas e integrar as informações à folha.
  • Cadastro & Arquivo: Manter atualizados o cadastro de funcionários e os arquivos digitais de documentação trabalhista.
  • Atendimento aos Clientes: Atender as empresas clientes e seus colaboradores em dúvidas sobre folha, benefícios e documentação, com clareza e cordialidade.

PERFIL DESEJADO: Formação Acadêmica: Ensino Superior completo ou em curso em Recursos Humanos, Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins.

Experiência Requerida:

  • Rotinas de departamento pessoal, com noções sólidas de folha de pagamento, férias, rescisões e homologação.
  • Conhecimento da legislação trabalhista (CLT) e de eSocial.
  • Vivência com sistema de folha de pagamento e domínio de Excel.
  • Estrutura adequada para trabalho remoto (ambiente silencioso e boa conexão).

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em escritório de contabilidade ou empresa de terceirização de folha (BPO), atendendo várias empresas ao mesmo tempo.
  • Conhecimento de FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb e convenções coletivas.
  • Vivência com sistemas de ponto eletrônico e banco de horas.

  • Horário de Trabalho: Segunda a Sexta-feira, 40h semanais
  • Local de Trabalho: 100% remoto, para todo o Brasil
