Nosso cliente busca um profissional com experiência na operação de supermercados para assumir a gestão de sua loja em Búzios, no Rio de Janeiro.

Procuramos alguém com liderança, organização e visão comercial, capaz de acompanhar de perto as equipes e as rotinas da loja, garantindo um atendimento de qualidade, o abastecimento adequado e o cumprimento dos padrões operacionais.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Supervisionar as equipes e acompanhar a execução das atividades nos diferentes setores da loja;
  • Organizar escalas, turnos de trabalho e programação de férias;
  • Apoiar a seleção, integração, treinamento e desenvolvimento dos colaboradores;
  • Garantir a qualidade do atendimento e a boa experiência dos clientes;
  • Acompanhar a organização, limpeza, exposição e abastecimento dos produtos;
  • Monitorar estoques e reposições, contribuindo para evitar faltas e perdas de mercadorias;
  • Acompanhar fechamento de caixas, faturamento e indicadores de desempenho da loja;
  • Atuar na resolução de problemas operacionais e no atendimento às demandas do dia a dia;
  • Apoiar a Gerência no planejamento de promoções e ações comerciais;
  • Contribuir com iniciativas voltadas ao aumento das vendas, da lucratividade e da fidelização dos clientes;
  • Realizar negociações com fornecedores, quando necessário;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança, higiene e dos procedimentos internos.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Experiência em posição de liderança na operação de supermercados;
  • Conhecimento das rotinas de loja, abastecimento, estoque, atendimento e fechamento de caixas;
  • Capacidade para liderar equipes, organizar prioridades e solucionar problemas;
  • Perfil proativo, responsável e orientado para resultados;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Búzios.
