RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Reuniões de fechamento: Conduzir reuniões consultivas por vídeo com leads qualificados pelo SDR, apresentando programas de mentoria, imersões e comunidade.
  • Venda consultiva de alto valor: Diagnosticar o momento do empresário, construir valor, tratar objeções e negociar condições comerciais.
  • Gestão do pipeline: Realizar follow-ups estruturados, garantir previsibilidade de fechamento e manter o CRM atualizado.
  • Metas e conversão: Atingir as metas mensais de faturamento e matrículas, acompanhando conversão, ticket médio e ciclo de venda.
  • Parceria com SDR e CX: Dar retorno ao SDR sobre a qualidade dos leads e fazer a passagem estruturada do novo aluno ao time de CX.
  • Eventos e imersões: Apoiar a conversão de participantes de imersões e eventos em programas de maior duração.
  • Atualização diária: CRM de vendedor sempre atualizado, comunicação remota requer constantes atualizações com time no grupo de vendas.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES:

  • Conhecimento em vendas consultivas de alto valor (educação, mentorias, consultoria, serviços B2B ou mercado financeiro);
  • Domínio de técnicas de venda consultiva e negociação (SPIN Selling, tratamento de objeções, rapport);
  • Ensino superior completo ou em curso;
  • Vivência com CRM.

DIFERENCIAIS

  • Conhecimento em vendas para empresários de pequenas e médias empresas.
  • Vivência com vendas em eventos, imersões e abertura de turmas.
  • Repertório de negócios (gestão, finanças, empreendedorismo).
