Estamos em busca de um profissional com perfil comercial dinâmico, habilidade de negociação e experiência em vendas B2B para atuar na expansão de mercado de uma empresa do segmento alimentício.

O desafio será conquistar novos clientes, identificar oportunidades comerciais e desenvolver negócios junto a estabelecimentos do setor de alimentação, contribuindo para ampliar a presença da marca no Rio Grande do Sul.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Prospectar novos clientes e desenvolver oportunidades comerciais em diferentes regiões do estado.
  • Realizar visitas presenciais a potenciais clientes, apresentando produtos e soluções.
  • Desenvolver negócios com padarias, confeitarias, restaurantes, distribuidores, indústrias e estabelecimentos de food service.
  • Conduzir negociações, elaborar propostas comerciais e acompanhar o fechamento das vendas.
  • Construir relacionamentos comerciais duradouros, buscando fidelização e recorrência de negócios.
  • Planejar roteiros de visitas e acompanhar indicadores e metas comerciais.

REQUISITOS

  • Experiência em vendas externas B2B, preferencialmente no segmento alimentício.
  • Vivência em prospecção ativa, negociação e desenvolvimento de novos clientes.
  • Boa comunicação, iniciativa, organização e orientação para resultados.
  • Ensino superior completo, preferencialmente em áreas comerciais ou administrativas.
  • CNH categoria B e disponibilidade para viagens pelo Rio Grande do Sul.
  • Residência em Porto Alegre ou Grande Porto Alegre.

Diferencial: experiência comercial com clientes dos segmentos de food service, panificação, confeitaria ou distribuição de alimentos.
