Dla naszego Klienta, międzynarodowej firmy z branży Facility Management, zajmującej się m.in. usługami sprzątania, poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby na stanowisko Dyrektora Operacyjnego.

  • reprezentowanie spółki przed kontrahentami,
  • zarządzanie operacyjne oraz odpowiedzialność za wynik operacyjny zgodnie z przyjętym budżetem,
  • zarządzanie zespołem kierowników/koordynatorów (umiejętne delegowanie zadań, motywowanie, rozliczanie, rekrutacja, rozwój),
  • nadzór i aktywne wspieranie realizacji celów budżetowych,
  • planowanie oraz wdrażanie strategii i działań rozwojowych na powierzonym obszarze - rynek komercyjny - usługi sprzątania,
  • odpowiedzialność za proces renegocjacji kontraktów z klientami,
  • analiza efektywności bieżących procesów operacyjnych oraz rentowności realizowanych kontraktów,
  • budowanie dobrych relacji z klientami, dbałość o jakość tych relacji,
  • współpraca z działem sprzedaży w procesie pozyskania i rozwoju współpracy z klientami,
  • inicjowanie projektów i działań optymalizacyjno-rozwojowych w powierzonym obszarze.
  • wykształcenie wyższe,
  • co najmniej 5-letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku, związanym z zarządzaniem operacyjnym,
  • minimum 3-letnie doświadczenie w branży usług dla biznesu (preferowane usługi z obszaru facility management),
  • doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem,
  • nastawienie na budowanie długotrwałych i dobrych jakościowo relacji z klientem,
  • dynamizm w działaniu, nastawienie na rozwój,
  • umiejętność pracy w dynamicznym środowisku,
  • wysokie umiejętności negocjacyjne,
  • umiejętność samodzielnego działania i podejmowania decyzji,
  • bardzo dobra znajomość rynku public,
  • bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu Microsoft Office,
  • rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne,
  • kreatywność, dyspozycyjność i umiejętność negocjacji,
  • prawo jazdy kat. B.
  • stabilne warunki zatrudnienia,
