Dla naszego Klienta, firmy z branży odnawialnych źródeł energii, poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby z uprawnieniami konstrukcyjno-budowlanymi na stanowisko Kierownika / Kierowniczki Robót Budowlanych, która będzie odpowiedzialna za nadzór nad realizacją inwestycji fotowoltaicznych na obiektach przemysłowych i komercyjnych.

  • przygotowanie inwestycji do realizacji poprzez analizę dokumentacji projektowej, pozwoleń na budowę, specyfikacji technicznych oraz harmonogramów,
  • koordynacja i weryfikacja dokumentacji projektowej w zakresie branży konstrukcyjno-budowlanej,
  • współpraca z projektantami konstrukcji oraz branży elektrycznej przy doborze rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych i ocenie nośności dachów dla instalacji fotowoltaicznych,
  • organizacja i nadzór nad realizacją robót konstrukcyjno-budowlanych związanych z montażem konstrukcji wsporczych instalacji PV,
  • kontrola jakości prowadzonych robót oraz zgodności realizacji z dokumentacją projektową, obowiązującymi normami i przepisami Prawa budowlanego,
  • monitorowanie bezpieczeństwa konstrukcji oraz identyfikowanie i zgłaszanie ewentualnych odstępstw projektowych,
  • koordynacja współpracy międzybranżowej,
  • nadzór nad przestrzeganiem przepisów BHP,
  • prowadzenie dokumentacji budowy, udział w odbiorach częściowych i końcowych oraz weryfikacja dokumentacji powykonawczej.
  • wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (kierunek: Budownictwo),
  • uprawnienia budowlane do kierowania robotami budowlanymi bez ograniczeń w specjalności konstrukcyjno-budowlanej,
  • doświadczenie w prowadzeniu lub nadzorowaniu robót budowlanych,
  • doświadczenie przy realizacji instalacji fotowoltaicznych lub innych projektów z obszaru OZE - mile widziane,
  • bardzo dobra znajomość Prawa budowlanego oraz warunków technicznych,
  • umiejętność analizy dokumentacji projektowej oraz koordynacji międzybranżowej,
  • samodzielność, odpowiedzialność i bardzo dobra organizacja pracy,
  • prawo jazdy kat. B,
  • gotowość do podróży służbowych na terenie Polski.
