Identificar oportunidades de upsell, cross-sell e novos projetos, conduzindo todo o ciclo de negociação consultiva; Elaborar Business Case e calcular Retorno sobre Investimento (ROI) para apoiar o cliente na defesa da contratação da solução proposta; Entender profundamente o negócio dos clientes; Conduzir reuniões periódicas de alinhamento (mensais ou trimestrais, conforme perfil da conta), com foco em geração de valor e visibilidade sobre serviços/soluções contratados pelo cliente; Ter uma comunicação verbal e não verbal assertiva e que encanta o cliente em reuniões, apresentações e entregas; Atualizar sistematicamente o CRM com dados relevantes sobre a jornada, saúde da conta e oportunidades identificadas. Identificar riscos ou tendências de crescimento dando visibilidade para liderança e empresa; Conduzir reuniões de performance com áreas internas (Projetos, Produto, Suporte, etc.) para recuperação de contas em risco ou maximização de oportunidades; Realizar a qualificação de novas oportunidades de acordo com o processo estabelecido pela empresa com consistência e atualização frequente (semanal); Atingir resultados propostos de aumento de receita dentro de sua carteira, batendo metas; Especialista de Produto de Fundo de Investimento Atuar como referência funcional do produto, sendo responsável por acompanhar mudanças regulatórias, tecnológicas e competitivas relacionadas à indústria de fundos de investimento; Elaborar documentação funcional, regras de negócio e materiais de apoio para o desenvolvimento produto; Acompanhar o desenvolvimento das funcionalidades, realizando validações funcionais e apoiando nas decisões de features e roadmaps; Apoiar as áreas Comercial e Consulting em reuniões com clientes, conduzindo demonstrações do produto e realizando o refinamento de processos específicos do cliente (pré-vendas); Apoiar a definição de estratégias de lançamento (Go-to-Market) para o produto, análises de ROI e precificação; Realizar treinamentos sobre a solução para clientes ou times internos;

Conhecimento sólido dos processos operacionais do dia a dia de fundos (cotização, integralização e resgate, apuração de patrimônio (PL), cálculo de rentabilidade, enquadramento e limites, conciliação de cotistas, etc.); Familiaridade com a regulação aplicável ao setor (normas CVM e ANBIMA para fundos de investimento); Habilidade analítica para interpretação e gestão de dados operacionais; Habilidades avançadas em PowerPoint e Excel para elaboração de materiais, análises e apresentações a clientes. Experiência mínima de 6 a 8 anos no mercado de fundos de investimento (administração fiduciária, custódia, gestão de recursos, controladoria ou compliance de fundos); Visão ampla e atualizada do ecossistema de fundos, incluindo tendências regulatórias, tecnológicas e competitivas do setor; Vivência em projetos de implantação ou migração de sistemas/soluções para operações de fundos; Experiência conduzindo demonstrações e validações funcionais de produto para clientes institucionais (públicos técnicos e de negócio).
