Como Product Designer Pleno, você será responsável por: - Conduzir pesquisas de usuário e análises de mercado para identificar oportunidades e necessidades dos nossos clientes. - Desenvolver designs de interface de alta qualidade, considerando aspectos de usabilidade, acessibilidade e experiência do usuário. - Colaborar estreitamente com a equipe de desenvolvimento para garantir a implementação eficiente das soluções propostas. - Acompanhar o desempenho dos produtos e realizar iterações com base em feedbacks e métricas.

Para se destacar nesta posição, você deve possuir:

Hard Skills

• Experiência de no mínimo 5 anos como Product Designer Pleno

• Experiência comprovada de no mínimo 5 anos como UI/UX Designer, Designer de Interação, Arquitetura da Informação, ou área relacionada,

produtos digitais e/ou aplicativos para celulares;

• Conhecimento em técnicas de pesquisa;

• Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (ex.:Scrum);

• Designer de Interação;

• Arquitetura da Informação, ou área relacionada, produtos digitais e/ou aplicativos para celulares;

• Habilidade com ferramentas de design e prototipação, como: Sketch, Figma, InVision e Abstract;

• Experiência em metodologias de design thinking, Lean UX, ou outro framework que facilite a definição das necessidades dos usuários

rapidamente;

• Experiência em metodologias de pesquisa de design e princípios de design centrado no ser humano;

• Habilidade para trabalhar com times multidisciplinares;

• Habilidade de adaptação em casos de mudança de prioridade ou evolução das necessidades, com abertura e agilidade;

• Experiência de trabalho com UX / UI para sistemas web;

• Experiência com técnicas modernas de web design;

• Conhecimento de Motion Design.
