Wir suchen 1 Strategischer Einkäufer (m/w/d)

Du bist...

* hauptverantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Warengruppenstrategien im Bereich Nicht-Produktionsmaterial

* tätig in der Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Benchmarking

* verantwortlich für die Auswahl, Bewertung und Entwicklung von Lieferanten

* zuständig für die Verhandlung von Rahmenverträgen, Preisen und Konditionen

* verantwortlich für das Risikomanagement im Einkauf (z.B. Versorgungssicherheit, geopolitische Risiken)

* mitwirkend in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen wie Produktion, Qualitätssicherung und Logistik

* zuständig für die Identifikation und Umsetzung von Einsparpotentialen

* verantwortlich für die Nutzung digitaler Tools und Datenanalysen zur Entscheidungsunterstützung

* mitarbeitend bei Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen und globalen Sourcing-Projekten

Du hast...

* eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und gutes technisches Verständnis

* mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denkvermögen

* einen sicheren Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. Pro Alpha) und MS-Office

* Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit

* ein hohes Grad an Eigenverantwortung

* Reisebereitschaft

Entlohnung

Das Dienstverhältnis unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für die Eisen- und Metallerzeugende Industrie. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt über KV und ergibt sich aus Qualifikation sowie Berufserfahrung und orientiert sich am Regionalen Arbeitsmarkt.
