Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons un(e) Business Analyst H/F pour intervenir sur des projets transverses dans des environnements exigeants.

Votre rôle

Vous êtes l'interlocuteur(rice) privilégié(e) entre les métiers et les équipes techniques. Vous traduisez les besoins métier en solutions fonctionnelles claires, contribuez à la priorisation des travaux et garantissez la conformité des livrables aux attentes.

Au cœur des projets, vous facilitez la prise de décision en fournissant des analyses pertinentes, des spécifications fonctionnelles et en pilotant les recettes fonctionnelles.

Vos missions

  • Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins des parties prenantes ;
  • Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles, des user stories et des critères d'acceptation ;
  • Contribuer à la conception fonctionnelle et proposer des solutions ;
  • Assurer le pilotage des phases de recette fonctionnelle ;
  • Prioriser les exigences en lien avec le Product Owner, les chefs de projet et les métiers ;
  • Faciliter la communication entre équipes métier, maîtrise d'œuvre et maîtrise d'ouvrage ;
  • Mettre en place et maintenir la traçabilité des exigences ;
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus ;
  • Contribuer à la documentation projet et à la capitalisation des bonnes pratiques ;
  • Accompagner le déploiement fonctionnel et la formation des utilisateurs si nécessaire.

Votre profil

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur ou Master en informatique, systèmes d'information, management ou équivalent
  • Première expérience en tant que Business Analyst
  • Bonne maîtrise des méthodes Agile
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et excellent relationnel
  • Esprit d'équipe
