LR Technologies poursuit le développement de son pôle Ingénierie & Systèmes dans le cadre de sa campagne de recrutement 2026.

Dans le cadre de projets industriels à forte composante technologique, nous recherchons un Développeur Full Stack Java / React / Node.js pour renforcer une équipe R&D dédiée à la conception et à l'évolution d'applications métier.

Vous intervenez sur l'ensemble de la chaîne applicative, du back-end au front-end, en garantissant la qualité, la performance et la maintenabilité des solutions développées.

Votre rôle

En tant que Développeur Full Stack, vous participez à la conception, au développement et à l'évolution d'applications web au sein d'une équipe R&D.

Votre rôle consiste principalement à développer des fonctionnalités back-end et front-end, à garantir la qualité du code produit, et à contribuer aux choix techniques du projet.

Vos missions

  • Concevoir et développer des services back-end en Java (Spring Boot ou équivalent) ;
  • Développer et maintenir des interfaces utilisateur en React ;
  • Développer des services et API en Node.js ;
  • Participer à la conception technique des évolutions fonctionnelles, en lien avec les équipes produit ;
  • Concevoir et optimiser les modèles de données et les requêtes associées ;
  • Réaliser les tests unitaires et d'intégration nécessaires à la fiabilité des développements ;
  • Participer aux revues de code et contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la qualité logicielle ;
  • Diagnostiquer et corriger les anomalies remontées en production ou en recette ;
  • Contribuer à l'intégration et au déploiement continu des applications (CI/CD) ;
  • Documenter les développements réalisés et les choix d'architecture ;
  • Participer aux cérémonies agiles de l'équipe (sprints, revues, rétrospectives) ;
  • Assurer une veille technologique sur les frameworks et bonnes pratiques du développement web.

Votre profil

De formation Bac+5 (ingénieur ou Master) en informatique, vous justifiez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience en développement full stack, avec une pratique confirmée de Java, React et Node.js.

Vous maîtrisez la gestion de version (Git) et avez une bonne connaissance des bases de données relationnelles (PostgreSQL, MySQL ou équivalent).

Une expérience avec un outil d'intégration continue (GitLab CI, Jenkins ou équivalent) est appréciée.

Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous êtes reconnu pour :

  • Votre autonomie et votre esprit d'initiative ;
  • Votre capacité à collaborer au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire ;
  • Votre curiosité technique et votre goût pour l'apprentissage continu ;
  • Votre sens du détail et votre organisation.

Une expérience sur des applications métier à forte volumétrie ou à contraintes temps réel constitue un plus.
